Having worked with larger regimented companies, Innovant represents fantastic opportunities to the self-actualized employee.  The furniture produced is the best I have seen in over 30 years in the industry.  The owners are results driven, compassionate and family supportive.  The work here is never dull as the company is on the cutting edge of innovation. Promotion from within is strong and compensation is competitive.

Working here was a mistake. I had industry professionals warn me about the toxic environment and poor management, but I thought it was different. We were always nervous about getting fired. People came and went all the time. Communicating with HR was a slog and it was clear that the company they hired to outsource the work was disorganized. Maybe things are different there now but if the same owners and leadership are in place, I would not recommend working there to anyone.

Working at Innovant is truly like working as part of a family. Like any sales company, there are many personalities to juggle, but each and every person is both appreciative and supportive. As with any other company, there are both positives and negatives but overall, this is an environment that fosters growth, learning and everyone's voice being heard. On Fridays, people typically remain at the office until 7/8pm (not working) but just hanging out with each other. There is a rare welcoming culture at Innovant that truly makes it a special place to work.

I loved my time at Innovant and would not trade the experince for the world. They did however choose to separate from me based on a mis-guided notion they could dictate my medical choices.

I would love to be there again but I am now jaded and firmly believe they feel empowered to dictate personal decisions of employees. Perhaps your views are different and you are willing to accept this behavior from an employer.

I mean it ok if you need a quick buck they have two locations and the one guy plays the race card big time and lie make it seem like you are apart of the team and will talk about you behind your back and lie to your face change the pay schedule because the one person that pays everyone claim they can't keep up no training so if your not familiar with a warehouse you can forget about it

Totally dysfunctional management team with inappropriate behavior by management excused that would NEVER be tolerated in a Fortune 500 company. Total disrespect, anger management problems, screaming at employees, poorly perceived by peers in the market.

I love the work environment at Innovant. Employees are faced with new challenges daily that make the job incredibly rewarding. There is an amazing work/life balance and the staff is like a second family. It is not often that you are given the opportunity to work closely with higher management and to have the support that you do to grow within the company.

I have had a number of jobs in this industry. Some good some bad. This company, by far, is the best I have worked at. While all companies have things they want to improve, this one supports my learning. The compensation is higher than average, and they have a comprehensive benefits package. I would recommend them to anyone.

Innovant is a focused, productive and ergonomic work environment. continued training is provided for understanding of the company's processes as well as for product knowledge.

Really great people, a lot of opportunity for upward movement/movement in general. Can be a stressful/tense atmosphere, but it's part of the ebbs and flows of any job. Working here is not for everyone, but those who find Innovant to be a good fit usually stay for a long time and take the opportunity to build a career.
