Been with intec 13years now. We're a small family owned business serving the greater Pittsburgh area for 30years. We clean Commercial Interiors; with technicians stationed in various buildings around town, as well as moble routes that service various accounts in western Pa. We look after each other at intec, very low turn over. Most of us have been hear 5+ years, but we do our jobs and go home. It's night work, we make the most of that. Typically easy to keep an accounts happy, and the shop supplies everything we need.

Stay away from them. Lies, lies and more lies. Very unorganized. Cheap! Employees are not the bottom line. If they could hire illegals they would. Osmosis will buy them out once the price is right.

Consistent money terrible contracts w no job security. I didn't like paying for own rooms and no knowledge of where work will be performed. Pay for your own tools.as well. Loved the freedom of outdoor work.

This company will hire anyone with a pulse. When I was hired I was promised 50+ hours per week and in the three weeks I have worked for the company I have worked 40-48 hours and I have only been paid for 40 hours of work. I will not be staying with the company much longer.

I worked as a janitor being contracted at the casino. We worked flexible hours. The compan is very flexible with scheduling. The pay was not good and no potential for bonuses or raises.

I liked the job and boss the crew was cool just not enough communication. The company always try it's hardest to work with its workers keep them happy.
