While employed with ISSI, I worked at a contracted location for corporate dining. I moved up in the company quickly and if I hadn't moved, I may still be there. The management is great and upper management visited our location often; I met the President of the company on multiple occasions and even received a personal letter of commendation from him. I don't recall receiving benefits, but at the time I didn't know to worry about it. My immediate supervisor did some shady stuff and ended up getting fired, but the upper management, again, was very supportive and did all they could to support us as staff.

I don't say this lightly, but working for Integrated Support Solutions Inc (ISSI) has been the best work experience that I have ever had in my life. The work environment is not overly stressful, the management and executive team are genuinely good and kind human beings, and the company culture values work-life balance amongst many other important things. I understand these days finding a good job with good people is far and few in between. I am very lucky to have found this place and can see myself working here for the next 30 years!

A typical day at work was employees bickering and talking behind everyone's back. No co -worker respect. No team work and everyone wants to leave and put strain on who ever stays. Not good ISSI. I seen companies get fired in this position and it's not good. I don't think that running the good employees away are gonna make families happy that get sick from having medical care at this facility. 

At ISSI you get a sense of belonging that you don't get from other contract companies. The client and the company alike make sure that you feel like part of the team, and there is always plenty of support from the leadership. With ISSI you will feel like you're a part of the company goals and can celebrate success because everyone plays an important part. The hours are flexible, the company truly cares, and the benefits are great!!

At first, I thought ISSI is another micro managing company. But no! They are awesome! They are one of the best company I work with. They really do take care of their people. I appreciate this company so much! I am not paid to say all these good things. They deserved a recognition. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
ISSI  helped me feel Supported and worth it.  communication is very important and they are very good at it.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not feeling supported when times got tough. Kinda felt forgotten 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
All about the guiding principles which were very important

They treat you with respect and are genuinely excited to see employees grow.   The company has a lot of integrity and tries to make sure they work with people that also show integrity.  Their Shared Values speak to many of the same feelings that I have about my work and my life.

This is a great company to work for  They are incredibly supportive and encouraging  Senior leadership cares about you as a person and is dedicated to ensure that you have the tools to do your job  The quality of the food for patients is outstanding   Such a treat to go into a patient’s room and hear nothing but compliments

Treated like a slave! Lunch breaks taken away. No 15min breaks. They cheat you out of pto and vacation/sick leave. Only recognize 3 holidays a year, the 3 you do work you only get holiday pay for half of your shift. Management are racist and terrible backstabbing people.

Working with ISSI has been the best job I've had so far. Everyone, from the executive board to on-site managers, are supportive and excited to teach their employees. You can tell the company cares about its employees. If you are interested in moving up and learning, this is the place to do it.
