Intellisource partners with many companies across the US to provide Human Resource, Training and Staffing solutions.  I read the reviews listed and note that sometimes IS gets lumped in with the Client Company.  

A typical day for me is usually busy with expected changes every day.  I worked 10 and sometimes longer hours, but no asked that I do it.  It was my choice to work those hours.  I was deeply involved in developing processes for a young growing company.  Writing and rewriting training programs, SOP and such.  We were developing along with our Client Company a strong safety minded organization.  

During my tenure I learned to do things outside of my box of expertise.  I learned a great deal about the Human Resources as well as continued to learn operational information.  Part of my work life was to try to balance associate advocacy, client-centric needs and continue to display the IS values and mission.

The executive management team for IS truly does have an "open door policy."  The need never arose, but I would not have been afraid at any time to contact Robyn, President and CEO.  I had the pleasure of meeting her many times and knew when I spoke, she was truly listening.  Then there was Mark. He exudes, confidence and real joy in his work.  He is definitely infectious.  He also was prepared to hear anything one had to say.  Good, bad or otherwise.  He is truly a learner.  

The team I worked directly with is awesome and will continue to be so.  The "Glue" that holds this team together is without question one of the most professional people I have worked with.  Everyone can learn a lesson from that book.  The team was willing to take me in and teach me anything and everything about Human Resources growing my skills.  Thank you team!!  

The toughest part of my job was balancing advocacy with client-centric actions.  

The most enjoyable part was the challenge I faced everyday with the fast paced ever changing environment.

I wanted to like my job here but, unfortunately, the continual decline of management and consistency from the top down eventually drove the job into a "not worth it" territory.

I worked here for two years and managed nine states of business, handled millions of dollars, and even answered phones when that was not even part of the job description. Despite all of this, I had to fight hard for a raise and was eventually only given a 35 cent increase. People doing the same job for Keysight (intelligence is their outsourced client) make around 50K a year even though they do less work. I am currently only making around 23K here.

They are now relocating two hours away and are refusing to offer anyone at the company an incentive to keep working with the company so this is what really drove me to go elsewhere.

Beyond that, the choices and personal conduct of management has become questionable as well as unreliable. They are never around to help but will show up to reprimand you for doing something that another manager told you to do a couple of days prior. Nobody knows what information is being told to one another and nobody is on the same page.

If you live in the Colorado Springs area and need a temporary paycheck, go for it. If you are looking for a career, like me, I would not waste my time.

They promised a full time, remote Sales Process Specialist position, after training. I quickly found out that nothing weighs less than a promise.  

Due to the poor, incompetent management, here are examples as to why high turn-over and low morale, among Intellisource employees, exist at their partner location, Keysight Technologies.

There is no formal, organized, clear-cut classroom training facilitated by real trainers. Intellisource couldn’t afford to hire any professional, seasoned trainers.

There are no office supplies. They cannot afford them.

You are forced to shadow a new, but miserable, whiny, bullying co-worker, who would yell at you: “Use Your brains!”.  

When you process practice requests incorrectly, you are told to ask more questions.  
When you ask more questions, they would say:  "I'm not giving you the answers.  You need to figure it out yourself."  
That's called crazy-making. 

When you *correctly* process a practice task, they will look for and nit-pick one very subtle cosmetic detail, and overlook the primary critical work you've completed 100% correctly.

You are never told that your job is on the line, until the moment they walk you out the door. The entire time you are training there, you are told that you are doing fine, up until the day before they fire you.  You are also told that there is no right or wrong answer, they just want to assess how you figure things out.

I used to work at this location at the warehouse Crocs Distribution. I have to say you learn very fast and the work itself is very easy for someone like me being that this is the first warehouse job BUT the company itself never promote employees. They fire a lot of employees and it would never  be the employees fault. You have to really kiss a lot of butt to be permanent. You have a 5% chance of being permanent here unless you are a relative of Intellisource managers. They fire employees and rehire over and over again because they know if you stay long they will have to give you benefits which they do not want to do so they fire you lay you off and tell you your coming back but they really do not want you they hire again. THIS IS WHY THEY ARE ALWAYS HIRING. You will never know when they will let you go they call you to just leave. Many good employees left there and they didnt want them there The pay is cool though not bad at all. Being a picker here is not bad because it is just shoes and small things you are picking and packing.They will train you but depending on the mood they will rush you. If you do not catch up when they want you to they will let you go which they would of done in the first place. You can try to work here but be careful what I tell you there is favoritism in this company. You have to be at a certain percentage in order to keep up or your fired. If after working 3 months and you dont be at least 90% you are done.

Intellisource itself seems to be a nice company, but the Verizon Fraud branch of it is a bit messed up. Intellisource and Verizon don't seem to have that good of communication, policies are changing every week, and the past few months I feel that the decisions from management are questionable at best.
When I first started working it wasn't that bad, I bid for my shift, and I got to keep it for a few months, and things seemed at least decently balanced. But then somewhere along the line things fell apart. They got rid of their offline team that did credits but then didn't specify whether or not people were supposed to do their own credits or not until a month later, not to mention they've been doing mandatory shift bids what seems like every few weeks, so don't even bother trying to plan around a normal schedule. 
It also bugs me that management doesn't consider their employees. It doesn't matter if you have a family matter to attend to and need some time off, if they don't want to sign off on it they won't. You're best friend could be dying and they would tell you that you're request was denied because of business needs.
In short, I would say that Intellisource from what I can see is a decent company, but some of their contracts have issues, and I certainly wouldn't work for them much longer than the time it takes to find a new job.

I have had to fight what feels like an uphill battle since trying to get a job through intellisource to work at the gigafactory. Throughout the process I have spoken to multiple recruiters who have no idea what’s going on or who I am even though I have been working for them for a month. As it turns out my name was never in the system, even though I filled out the new hire paperwork and went through hours of orientation. On top of that intellisource owes me money for the hours I worked, because they did not provide me with the necessary forms for my banking information even though I asked multiple times. I was told it was taken care of, but when payday came around guess what: I received NOTHING. Obviously I can’t make it to work if I don’t have any money to put gas in my vehicle, but I was told that I would still be penalised for missing work  even though this agency is the reason I am not able to make it, due to never receiving my pay for the hours worked. This is all because 1 of the multiple people I have spoken to failed to set up my direct deposit, or provide me with the proper documentation even though I asked on multiple occasions. Never again will I go through a staffing agency. If I wanted to work for free I’d volunteer in my community.

First of all it is suppose to be 3 weeks training, but its not. They are unprofessional and disorganized in the worst way. Customers call and are passed around to many depts. before they can get help, once they are directed to the proper dept. they are angry and have every rite to be because this is a 10-15 minute game ,that the customers are put through. If a customer is angry after many attempts to get to the correct dept., you pretty much just get cussed at, because they have been frauded and now it took 10-20 minutes later telling many depts there problem and they have been passed around they are very angry, and if you go to the operations manager about the pass around game he is in denial of the problems and does nothing at all, then you get intimidation and you are known as a troublemaker, because you want to make things better for the customers. Its not unusual for them to make false allegations about you, and let you go after you bring suggestions to the table about  all of the disorganization on the phones, and ask why  depts. aren't held accountable for the pass around game they do with customers. Why would Verizon let Intellisource management handle customer service is beyond me! Very sad for the customers. 

The branch in Ontario Crocs is not only constantly changing their rules and policies, they choose who they want to enforce them on. Favoratism, inappropriate sexual humor and ridicule, constant negative comments from management and this staffing agency. Most of those working for this Agency in the Crocs building are rude, act superior to the workers and are some how halfway funtioning on a level of incompetence I've never seen before. They use a points system to tally absences and late arrivals, more than 8 points is supposed to mean termination (although several favorite employees have more). Several former employees and I were told we were laid off yet after applying for unemployment were denied because this company said we were actually terminated for too many points. We have all tried finding out how many points we had and this agency never told us how many we had when asked. They forced me and lots of other employees to work beyond two weeks straight several times, yet kept us under 80 hours and when I and others asked for days off were denied. Absences during those two weeks were marked as double points even with doctors notes regardless if it was day fifteen or more continuous days worked.

•         Graduated intensive five week training course covering advanced Fraud prevention and identification techniques in the wireless industry.
•         Researched and determined the origin of the comprised account and advised the customer regarding safety precautions.
•         Accessed and utilized various investigation tools to provide a positive outcome and resolution.
•	Call center,  answering  multiple phone calls, helping clients  with fraud Issues, doing  back ground checks before we can release the applications and orders,
•	 Helping clients when they call in and have had lines added to their account, have had to unexplained  equipment order on their accounts, 
•	Have called in because they have gotten bills for a account they never established with Verizon Wireless,
•	 Work on placating clients that have been  upset for reason beyond their control, check the billing to make sure they have not been charge for  services from fraudulent  activates, investigating through several  Verizon and on line applications programs, open investigation and case for ID and all other  fraud and then closing them when the investigation is finished,

What is the best part of working at the company?
These folks were a delight to work with, and they got me working and making ends meet just about immediately, even with some shenanigans on the part of the company I was initially assigned to. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The aforementioned shenanigans by the client company, namely saying that my performance was bad in order to save face. My now supervisor fought tooth and nail to get me onboarded, which I take as evidence that no, my performance was not lacking. So yeah, maybe avoid Valeo. Nothing about IntelliSource was stressful, though.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I mean, it's a staffing agency. You reach out to them or vice versa, you get assigned a temp role somewhere, ideally you wind up with a permanent position. Works great if, like me, you suck at interviews, but are a good worker. It allows your work to speak for you. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Much the same as anyone else working for the client company, with the exception of clocking in and out on my phone, rather than at a kiosk.
