I’ve worked for a few PR agencies and IDPR is by far the best agency. I always feel completely supported by my team and especially leadership. Everyone is very friendly and there are so many opportunities for professional development. 

Stay away. Constant revolving door of clients, with little method to the madness of how or what they were sold in on.

Budgets are unrealistically low.
