Currently have been working for the company for a couple years. 
The job involves a lot of micromanaging and organizing to deal with a variety of clients, workers, medical providers, and other citizens on a daily basis. Without the help of the team I'm not sure how it would be possible to accomplish any tasks. Helpful environment built around teamwork and compassion. Each individual is able to help in a variety of tasks within every department. 
I have learned a lot within my time being here.

Working for International Health has been an absolute pleasure. The work environment is second to none and the management team couldn't be more supportive. Employee growth is firmly imbedded in the company's culture and employees are given all the opportunities and resources necessary to further develop their careers. Moreover, management truly cares about each employee and they strive to provide an accepting, empowering, and creative culture for everyone.    

The most disorganized work environment I’ve ever worked in. There needs to be an overhaul of every department. Lack of respect for employees and their position. Management, especially in the HR department is rude and condescending. Which is shameful considering HRs job is to HELP employees.  Extremely low pay for the work that is expected. I would not recommend working here.

Human recourses assistant: organize and file paperwork and enter data into the main system. Help with bilingual interviews and paperwork translations. Company multilingual graphic designer for various projects and marketing campaigns. Create many digital fillable forms and applications - still used and kept updated.

I like work with people .Communication, without a doubt, is a crucial aspect . I like to do extra hours to get the desired results.
As Personal care assistant i helping with daily living activities, which can include assistance with self-care, housekeeping, and transportation.

TERRIBLE management. so disorganized, unprofessional, hostile, and rude. Would not recommend working here especially as a nurse. Quite literally out of all my work experience this takes the cake as the worst 

This company genuinely cares for their clients and works hard to get them the care they deserve.  The PCA's don't interact much with the office or management, you are pretty independent in your duties.

At this place I have grown and expanded. I have been able to bring innovation into this company . I am very grateful with this company  for helping me in the development of being a better employee. 

Loved my position. Management is good, crew and supervisor is the best. I’ve got a lot of good experience working with this company. The only negative thing is that lunch time is short. 

no benefits, I think the only thing they offer is sick time for employees that work full time. very low pay even with a lot of years of experience. staff is nice though.
