A typical day at work involved navigating a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities. I believe I learned valuable skills in flexibility and problem-solving, given the frequent changes in management. However, the lack of consistent leadership and structure often created challenges. The workplace culture was marked by a lack of transparency, which sometimes led to uncertainty among employees. The hardest part of the job was feeling underappreciated by management, despite efforts to contribute positively. On the bright side, the most enjoyable part was having employee perks like flex time, which provided a good work-life balance.

Great company to work for, they have good benefits and the role is fairly easy. You get to spend a lot of time talking to and educating patients before they start dialysis. There is some flexibility between working from home but it is really an in person position. It doesn’t really feel like a team as your supervisor gets to work from home and you don’t really see them. The supervisors have a lot of fun together but most in person positions are excluded from that. 

Telephonic outreach to members of managed care organizations to provide. The supervisors are excellent and personable. The company's fosters a since of belonging to a family. The most enjoyable part of the job is establishing a rapport with the members and interacting with clinicians on your team. The hardest part of the job is not getting to attached to the members.

I really enjoy what I do for patients. I enjoy working from home and working flexible hours . Management is good, they do listen to their employees.culture is good.Hardest is trying to work with a straightforward direction.I enjoy the people I help. Overall I would recommend this company 

Outcomes are to have people with CKD get the resources they need to slow the progression of their disease. the most enjoyable part is establishing relationships with patients that truly appreciate the help you are offering. 

Workload is manageable. Most positions are remote. The ones that are not remote take an act of congress to be able to get a work from home day even if there is no one else in the office. Work environment 100% depends on management. Lots of layoffs lately.

I love this company! My supervisors are great and very supportive. Teamwork and camaraderie is emphasized. Managers give you freedom and not micromanaging yet very supportive. Encourages fun at work. Generous, nice quality swags. 

The company lost it's values and the current employees are leaving a sinking ship. Executive leadership is not transparent and unfortunately they are destroying the company which I believed would have made a big difference for kidney patients. Truly sad. 

They provide good life-work balance and they offer good benefits. Once they start to implement metrics and utilization tools, it can cause a little stress but overall I had a good experience. 

Great company great benefits. Not a tone of room for growth so get ready to stay in your position for a few years. Leadership within the department is fantastic.
