A typical work day here at IronsideHR is reaching out to qualified candidates and placing them in hospitals across the nation. I have learned that each placement affects the community and provides quality healthcare to people who need it the most. Management is effective and knows the proper formula to ensure that we are a successful recruitment firm. The culture of the workplace is an amazing, realistic goals with realistic expectations. The hardest part of the job is working with individuals who are indecisive. The best part of the job is impacting peoples lives by providing healthcare professionals to all parts of the nation.

There is not a day where I dread in going to work. I enjoy spending my time reaching out to candidates/clients and making a difference in there lives. It is very satisfying that as small as a company that we are, we can still change peoples lives for the better. The culture is very family oriented and management is flexible. I would say that the hardest part of my job is bringing the 5 gallon water jug up to the office. While the most enjoyable part is having a positive impact on lives across and throughout America.

My favorite thing about working at Ironside HR is probably the people. My co-workers are so much fun to be around. We all want to see each other succeed, so everyone is super supportive. We work as a team, but are definitely competitive with each other at the same time. Our company is seeing a lot of success, and I am grateful to be a part of that. We work unbelievably hard day in and day out, but are our achievements are recognized and rewarded. I love being a part of the Ironside family because that's truly what it feels like... a family!

Love the work that I do, but DON'T count on a timely response from your recruiter, nor will they be a willing, helpful advocate for you when problems arise. They are ALWAYS too busy to help and are basically snake oil salesmen.  You will get more timely responses and help from a brick wall.  You work your tail off for these people that profit off of your hard work, but they couldn't care less.

Nurse managers was not professional and did not perform well as a team member

Stressful and pushy. Stayed over many days just charting

The money.. it’s a village not a well oiled machine
