What is the best part of working at the company?
One of the best things is how much management truly cares about us. They’re doing an awesome job changing the culture for the better and trying to make the workplace a more positive and fun environment.

You can really feel the effort they put into creating a supportive vibe. It’s great to see leadership actively working to improve things and listen to our feedback.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
the workload can get intense, especially during peak times. Despite these challenges, the support from management and the opportunities for growth help to mitigate some of that stress. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The culture at this company is evolving into a more positive and inclusive environment. Management is focused on fostering open communication and collaboration, which helps create a sense of community among employees. There’s a strong emphasis on teamwork, and people are encouraged to share ideas and support one another.

The work atmosphere promotes innovation and growth, allowing team members to take initiative and develop their skills. Management is actively involved in shaping a supportive culture, which makes employees feel valued and heard.

I've never worked for such a poorly managed company run by a bunch of kids with no business or management experience in my life. Most of the people there, this is their first adult job and no one knows what is going on at any given time. The atmosphere is petty and chaotic. There is next to no communication between departments, let alone staff members. The higher ups have explicitly expressed that they do not wish to be involved in the day-to-day issues. There is no cohesiveness whatsoever. There is little training and zero coaching. There are so many frequent policy changes that it's hard to keep track of. THE BIGGEST THING is that your PTO will AUTOMATICALLY APPLY, regardless of whether or not you want it to. You are only allowed 2 weeks of PTO, no sick/personal days. They work on laptops yet they do not allow anyone to work from home. The company means well and I truly believe they have some of the best providers in the Upstate. However if you're okay with clicks, a lack of effort,frequent and questionable changes to policies with little to no explanation or update, then you will manage here. Frankly, the appearance of the office as a family/team is just a facade. They have no problem stringing you along, as long as you don't make any waves, make any suggestions and just keep your head down.

PROS:
When I first joined, the team felt genuinely supportive and focused on patient care. There was a strong sense of collaboration, and it felt like everyone’s contributions mattered. It truly felt like a place where people cared about both patients and each other.

CONS:
In my experience, the culture has changed over time and doesn’t feel as connected or supportive as it once did. Communication between leadership and staff can feel limited, and at times it seems like employee perspectives are not fully considered.

I’ve also noticed that some members of new leadership have brought in people they previously worked with and placed them into management roles. From my perspective, this can make advancement feel less accessible for existing staff.

Overall, it feels like the workplace has shifted away from the collaborative environment it once had, which can make it harder to feel as valued or heard.

Overall:
This review reflects my personal experience as a current employee, and others may feel differently. I’m grateful for the experience I’ve gained, but I do feel the work environment has changed in ways that does not reflect true iTrust values. It use to be a place where "trust" wasn't just a name on the building, but something we lived every day. When you stop valuing the people who built the foundation, you lose the very soul of a wellness group.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They make you see patients in a minimal amount of time, they cut your pay by 10k to 20k because they can’t manage money, tell you that you can get bonuses but give you an impossible rubric. Micromanagement and the leadership team can’t make up their minds how they want you to practice .

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Arrive, see patient, use AI, try to chart even though there is AI, next patient arrives before you finish first chart, work during lunch to send medication, rinse and repeat

What started as an amazing practice years ago, is now just a place looking to make money. The true intentions are gone. Management shows favoritism and all have no education in how to run a business. It is like high school working there with the clicks. It is not only that, but the workload is impossible and no matter what you do for the company if you are not part of that group of friends, you will not advance. The skills that I learned in school are not able to be used because it is now a call center environment. In my opinion there are far better opportunities and better pay to use your skills because if you are looking to use the clinical skills, this is not the place to work.

They hire different ethnicities just to have them on their website and gain more "clients" 
Overall, the job itself is pretty chill but the workload is overwhelming. They pick and choose who they are willing to work with as far as progression. Management and even the OWNERS click up with certain employees. They rarely spoke to the people that showed up for them daily. One day I spoke to the owner S.K. and got a "SUP" as if he didn't care to speak. They're liars, that make up reasons for termination based on how others in the office feel about you. I wouldn't advise anyone to work here unless you too are biased. 

I have been with the company for about a year now and am proud to be a part of such an amazing company! We have not only been in the running for BEST OF THE UPSTATE for our care provided to patients but also WON the best workplace in SC ! We have many opportunities to volunteer and get our company involved with the community giving us the opportunity to bond with our team outside of work. We have management now in place making it a point that all employee's are heard and valued - would highly recommend any one to come work with us! 

This place literally focuses on profit over patient care, and anyone focused on anything else in the business will find themselves interviewing their replacements quickly. You are expected to work hours you are not paid for (sometimes even told that your spare time should be spent finding ways to help the owners make more profit). Simple prescriptions turn into 5-10 medications to help justify billing instead of providing safe patient care. 

I’ve been so grateful to be a part of a such an innovative and progressive psychiatric practice. I feel very supported and given all tools to do my job. The company does a great job of listening to employees and engaging staff in process improvement. 

Most days are calm and pretty low-stress here which is really important to me, of course sometimes there are hectic days, but that is with any job.  I really enjoy the people I work with,  we eat lunch together most days, people in the office will check and make sure everyone is included or offered to come too. The work-life balance here is something I genuinely appreciate too with half days on Fridays and a paid holiday break. That is rare to find in my experience. I really connect with the overall mission as well.
