JEFFERSON HOSPITAL

Jefferson Hospital is one of the finest small town hospitals in our area.  The local knowledge and professionalism is excellent as well as the hometown personal input with direct healthcare is far beyond the scope of their duty.  Each nurse and doctor gives much more than just care, they give their hearts and souls to their work.

I always loved the patients. They were never the problem. The nursing staff were great too . The fellow CNA’s aka MHT’s were not team players nor attentive to the patients the neglect is why I left I couldn’t take it anymore. The other MHT abused the geriatric patients daily and when I reported it to upper management I was gaslighted and ignored 

I have always felt like I was at home away from home here.  I know what I am suppose to do when I get to work and If I need help from fellow coworkers they are always there to help.  I learned what being a teamplayer really is.  I have never felt uncomfortable with management.  They have always been easy to talk with..

No training, poor management, lack of communication and miscommunication between the interview and when you come in and start. Everything always has to wait to ask someone else if you have a question. Very unprofessional and ridiculous. 

amazing staff and doctors, make the work environment a wonderful place to work. Always helping those in need with what ever they can afford to do. Will always cherish the time there.

It's a great place to work if only the benefits and pay were better. I feel as though calls should not come back to the nurses station because it distracts from taking care of the patients that's currently being seen.

I loved my job at Jefferson Hospital. It was a great environment to work in and the people that worked with you didn't mind helping each other out.

Very poor management, stuck in the 80s. Total lack of professionalism in management. Show a total lack of confidentiality. Gossip and backstabbing run rampant.

I loved working at Jefferson Hospital it was my home away from home because I loved the people I worked with, I loved taking care of patients and there was always something new to learn.
