It was a really amazing job at first. Something different, not a typical every day job. I enjoyed what I did and was really good at what I did. There isn't much room for advancement especially if you're really good at your job. I was turned down for 3 promotions because they "didn't want to loose me" from the position I was in. I was training everyone that came into my department regardless of which section they were in along with the new supervisor that came in. I did anything they asked me to do. Discovered I was making the same amount as people walking through the door and I had been there for over 2 years at that point. I kept doing more and more work for them staying late whenever they asked. Some days even working 16+ hours. When I asked for a slight pay incentive for all the extra work I was doing for them without complaint I was told that they could easily replace me with someone else and if I didn't like what I was making that I should find another job. So I left and found another job. Like I said it's a really cool job, but at a place like this you're just a number. They don't care about you or who you are. They will replace you before you even leave. Cool jov, but not a great company to work for.

With a typical forty hour work week and ample overtime opportunities, this employer strives to meet its customers expectations quickly. I was able to help grow this company's customer base with rapidly needed patented design engineering components for their customers. I am very proud to have been key in the development of this business. This company has state of the art manufacturing capabilities and the managing engineering knowledge base is superb. The culture of this business helps to create in its  members a format to help foster and create personal growth in processes that are ever changing manufacturing techniques.The hardest part of this job is to stretch out of the normal and challenge ones personal achievement, but the reward of success is realized in this company's growth. The most enjoyable part of this job is the shop floors cleanliness and the lack of the need to wear ear plugs for shop noise.

I have been with JMA for almost one year and am so happy to be a part of a growing company in such a critical industry. Every day presents new challenges and in less than one year, I've been given countless opportunities to lead new initiatives, bring new ideas to the table and seek out ways to define my role and change my function for the better. I often tell people that if you are someone who enjoys a fast pace and is motivated by being involved in a variety of different projects at the same time, you will love working at JMA. You will never run out of opportunities to go outside of your comfort zone and push your own limits from a personal development standpoint. 

JMA has also adopted a flexible time off policy this year which I appreciate.

I hope to be with JMA for years to come. The company has grown rapidly in recent years and that trend will continue for the foreseeable future. 

Until this company grew too fast, I truly enjoyed working there, then as they grew management started to change not for the better, they had favorites and if you weren’t a favorite your position was doomed, whether you were a superior worker or not, the supervisors were worse, he had his favorites as well and tended to favor the minorities, not that People had a problem with the many different countries and so on, they were actually very nice, you can work your tail off and never get noticed because you were not the favorite , the hr dept stinks you address a problem with them and they go run to the supervisor when you ask them not too, there’s no confidentiality with them at all.. so word to the wise suck it up and keep to your self other wise your job is doomed!!!!

Management is horrendously disorganized to the point none of the supervisors talk to each other
Office staff never order parts in time so days without work
3% yearly raise
Expect workers to work like machines with little to pay compensate for the work and then even if it's done no appreciation from management
Years behind competitors in antennas (
Most engineers fresh out of college and have no real hands-on experience and the ones that have been engineers for years are too stubborn and stupid to agree on a single good idea
In-short
The Managers are tyrants
Paid little to nothing for hard work
No appreciation of said hard work
No room for advancement because you're never gonna paid that much more then your base starting salary/wage

Owner is just terrible to new people.  He has his "in" crowd and no one else matters.  He will go to other people to see how your performance is instead of talking to you!  The worst I have ever seen.  
The "in" crowd can treat people however they like and the only thing you can do is perform with minimal resources given and constantly changing goals.  
Sales cannot forecast AT ALL! 
Operations can only guess what they will have to make that day and that is impossible w/o any forecast accuracy.  
Sourcing/Materials can only react to find parts because they don't know what products will be made next month.  

It's a mess and the "in" crowd don't know their right from their left and advise the owner improperly based on their overall incompetence

Worked here for many years and learned that at JMA:

1. Small group has controlling stake.
2. Zero loyalty, respect and appreciation...
3. You are a liability, not an asset - they will/can replace you.
4. Hostile work environment.
5. Have seen many dedicated and good people fired with no warning/reason.

There are good people here on the production floor.
Most management is vicious and if they have the opportunity to make themselves look better they will at any cost.

Would advise not working here if looking for mid-management or upper-level position.
Cut throat, harsh working environment in all depts.

So many talented passionate team members. Everyone is proud of working for a manufacturer committed to U.S. jobs and innovation in the 5G Wireless space. The stadiums and entertainment complexes we are in, it's inspiring. Very close-knit group, many commute in together and/or hang out outside of work. Lots of no cost to me benefits that I use-- legal support, access to free coding, exercise and gaming classes, it's pretty cool. Culture is fast paced, team members are oh so helpful when trying to learn the ropes.  Opportunity to earn more $ through different programs.

This company makes sure the management makes 6 figures or more while breaking the backs of the employees while not paying for the amount of work done.. they bought our company, promised to not change anything but a year later shut us down (most of us families, and had 10+ years in) no severance or transparency about the shut down.  They led us all on so that we would kill ourselves to better their pockets and moved our work to NY to get “no taxes” for 4 years and the governor paid them 8million to dump us all with nothing. It’s a revolving door because of the way they treat people and again the pay is so unbalanced it’s disgusting

Good place to work but it is moving to NY with only 60 days notice.
They are not reliable. I learned the SAP computer system from them
but i have 39 years experience in shipping and receiving i learned before them.
Work place was safe.I was on the safety team that met monthly.
Mangement by JMA was very distant and aloof to the employees.
Hardest part of the job was little communication from head office.
The best part was working as a team to continue to do the best job
we could do and do it better then our plant in NY.
We had and still do have pride in our work and results.
