This has to be one of the worst places I've ever worked. I quit after 8 months. It was okay at first, you don't notice all the politicking that goes on behind the scenes. At first I took any shift I could, but with the exponential amounts of turnover, there will be weeks where you are scheduled 10 hours because they're training the new people. I saw at least 4 new groups of dispatchers/customer service people come in. A lot were lost in what I call "AC gate." The owner was so cheap, he shut off the AC in the call center sometimes. 

Management does not respond well to questions or suggestions. I've never worked in a place with SUCH insecurity issues. "Managers" got defensive. We got memos every other day announcing a change of procedure and "managers" were never on the same page. They couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag. 

The owner is constantly hiring friends or relatives who come in and try to restructure, but it's like they don't even know the most basic of jobs in our department so their restructuring just doesn't work. They come in, are VERY passive-aggressive if you don't do something the new way right away even though the "new way" is actually two days old and we're doing something else. 

Bottom line: The turnover is constant because they don't care to properly manage anyone. IF YOU QUESTION THEM THEY WILL SLOWLY CUT YOUR HOURS UNTIL YOU'RE NOT ON THE SCHEDULE. 


One thing off the bat is that they will tell you , you have full time , when the paper work comes it says part time. Thats excalty what happened to me, signed up for full but got part time. It was spreaded too - Mon Wed and Sun shift. Future people who might apply, just so you know, youll be expected to be on the road for more than 8 hours each shift. There is not cuttoff time, you take orders till the last minute the business closes, which means you fall behind and have to continue driving, then it takes another half hour to cash out. So a 3-10 shift is normal, but they should do cutt of at 930 so that way drivers can deliver those last ones on time,then head to base to cash out and clock out by 10pm.. but instead they take order till last minute, so its really 3-12am shift.. its not OT either i can already tell they wont employ you full time so they can over work you in the other days. Very unfortunate, very midleading, it could have been a good job if they had a cut off time, but they want to cash out till the last min of business and stress out their drivers. 

Really discourage people from working here if you have other options. It's ok for a bit but you need to have thick skin, flexibility, and lots of stamina. Favoritism and shaky management is rampant, you're basically on your own a lot of the time and you need to make your own success. If they like you, you get 4-day weekend, if they don't, you get 4-day clopens. Overtime constantly, all employees usually stay 1-4 hours past posted end times. Little support, unfriendly environment, sometimes shady people. You deal w a lot of stress from customers' dissatisfaction as well, mainly due to the management's incompetence. Only positive is the advancement can be quick due to high turnover. They're also quick to turn on you, though, especially if you start caring about other people as human beings. They only care about profits and if you are useful to them. No loyalty. Not a place to make a career. Pass thru if you must, do not stay, or you will fall down with this place. 

It does not matter what position you take, eventually this company takes advantage of you.  They work you to the bone but treat you as disposable. Management is awful, they are such children and will spread rumors about other employees. They monitor your bathroom  breaks like you're a child. There is no parking for employees so you have to walk at least a mile just to get to the office. There is nothing in place to keep women safe as they leave the office and walk to their cars late at night. Policies and procedures would change daily and you'd get hassled if you couldn't adjust fast enough. They promised commissions for every order placed but that did not happen in the almost 3 years I was there. They did not have enough staff to handle the order volume but treated employees like it was their fault. It's extremely fast paced and if you couldn't handle that, they'd literally monitor you and some managers would stay behind your desk and watch you. 

This job is very easy to manage, you would have to be brain dead to not fit in. That being said, the biggest negative of this place is the lack of communication between the drivers and management. Their chain is so disorganized that other workers get away with things they don't pay attention to, they take an eternity to respond to you so basically you need to spam them to oblivion. Their number one favorite word is "Unfortunately" you'll need to get use to that word because any requests/ looking for shifts/days off/messed up scheduling, they will say that and along a excuse but also if you ever get yourself in the short end of the stick or a situation they will leave you to dry.
The support chat is chill, but got to prepare yourself for busy shifts, prepare yourself for cheap customers who don't tip because not all areas are easy

also if you get COVID make sure to use the COVID hours, they wont tell you about them and make you use PTO/Sick Pay

Beware!  They do not care about driver safety.  They will lie and say they have had not issues in the time of operations but upon research several drivers have been robbed at gun point.  Yes, they have you drive around with an entire stocked shop in your trunk.  Customers are rude and management will place you in duress often.  You are also on a time crunch, you must filter through the entire inventory to fulfill orders.  You get give eta, but then management will mix the order of orders giving false eta for customers and then putting the blame on the driver.  Management is terrible, unreliable, dismissive and plays favoritism among employees.

this place is a poo storm. The company is a revolving door. People have dropped off like flies in the year and a half since I started. Dispatch is unreliable. Customer service is asss. And the drivers have to take all the flak. 2 accidents your fault or not and you’re out. Have to hit up 3 different people over and over again to get anything done in terms of scheduling adjustments. You’re overworked, underpaid, and not appreciated. You’re always going to be running late to orders. Some areas make vastly more than others so if you’re stuck in a bad zone in the beginning you’re screwed, full stop. I thought this was my entry into the mmj industry. This place had some real promise when I started but they blew it big time. I liked most of the people I worked and few in management but this company totally imploded as it grew and hasn’t recovered since. Good luck to anyone starting there now.

First of, I'm a current delivery driver for this company. They constantly make you stay 9-10 hours. Mind you we are only schedules for 8. At the end of the day, they don't give two sh*ts about their drivers. All they care about is how much money they can squeeze out of us. I still haven't heard any word on benefits and I've been working here for almost a year. They think that we don't have a life and KG should be our priority. They are constantly changing stuff around around because they keep getting into trouble by the city. There's been some days where I got off at 1am and had to go back in at 7am. I don't think they realize that we need 8hrs of sleep to drive safe and effectively. They say we "the driver" are the face of the company, yet we are treated like we're expendable. All in all in a sucky company to work for

-Typical start times is 9:15-9:30. Lenient with drivers start time.
-Lunch changes everyday depending on your routes but generally it’s 11-1pm if you’re a morning driver.
-pro is sometimes you get to clock out at 3:15-3:30 when your shift ends at 4pm

Major con is that if you choose full time, good luck with your car maintenance. You’ll put 50k-60k on your car working 30 hours a week For the year. They reimburse you for gas but your car depreciates 5x faster than the normal driving worker.

 I only recommend this job if you absolutely have to and if you have multiple cars or if you are a mechanic looking for side hustle money. 

Don't expect to get any real industry experience there's no recognition and if you can't cover every single shift they need you to then your not as important. If your lucky you'll get a good area and tips can be good but you don't get to pick so you can easily get a sketchy area where you'll get $10 if your lucky. The requirement for hitting your bonus mark is literally impossible so don't expect those bonuses they promise you. They'll have you covering two areas at once or covering a whole area last second where you'll be out til 12am. And if you have important family matters around a holiday forget it they won't give you the day off no matter the reason.
