They do not promote within the company and will lie to you about promoting just to get you to stay with the company. If you are looking for a company that holds value to their word Keener Management is not one of them.

They promise you raise that you will never get. No support or training for employees. No employee events or bonuses. They chance your management every year

For the most part I have enjoyed working with this company and would recommend anyone else to as well.
Benefits are great with competitive pay.
Great opportunities to advance within the company.

Not the most flexible schedule and you do need to delivery results, but they are understanding and there is a place for anyone willing to work hard.  You get a lot of customer interaction.

For it being my first job as a leasing agent I loved all the staff I worked with and learned a whole lot. Would love to go back if position becomes available.

These properties are great to begin your leasing journey! The pay does not match the amount of work for the assistants. Leasing is amazing tho!! ………..
