Ok option for an entry level technician coming right out of college who doesn't need a lot of money early on and wants to touch a lot of different technologies, because as with many MSPs they will try to get 3 or 4 different jobs out of one person in order to save on salary. However, if you have experience in the industry expect to make roughly 30% less than regional comp for your role. And you will also do 3 or 4 different jobs for that reduced rate. Upper management cares only about sales and profits and therefore the IT department must follow suit, recommending and supporting only those products that are easy to sell and profitable regardless of whether or not they are technically sound or appropriate for the client. If you question this or don't conform to the status quo you will be ostracized and forced out. They like to brag about their 'culture' but it's really just mandatory monthly sales meetings (even for the IT staff) and occasional BBQs when they hire someone new. Which happens a lot because the turnover is high. There are some good colleagues you can meet there along the way, but once you get to management level and above you run into a glass ceiling unless you conform to the company's singular focus of quarterly revenue generation. Not a good choice for a serious IT professional who wants to advance their career. 

This is a small business moving into the corporate world.  They purchase old printer companies and integrate them into their system.  There are good people within the companies they absorb but they attempt to centralize and downsize these small businesses into their larger corporation.  I did not feel that there was any future for them as their need for centralization did not play well into customer service or what is best for their employees or the company.  Your managers will promise you career advancement but your shop will be shut down and they will ask you to move elsewhere to continue working for them with all the more empty promises of advancement. Many other people I met within the company came off as tired and depressed with little motivation to move on for better things as they believed they couldn't.

I was exited to start after being told the training would be top notch. I was told by my coworker that there is next to no training. I had to learn a lot on my own, and i was never told what my sales goals were. I loved my local manager, but he would get side tracked talking about the good old days a lot. My actual boss from Kent only came over and worked with me once, even though he said it would be at least once a month.

no sales leads or bonus  what i learned do not trust management to help you they would look hard to find something wrong not something right they had a preppy kind of click I felt like i was on a different team very short lunches  no reviews or rises  or good job well done I did not like going out knowing i needed a part but did not have it to fix  equipment  my customers loved my service and will be sad when they find out that I am gone

Overall general lack of direction and support from management. Long commute times that are unpaid, no territories, no clear job description, very stressful, very fast paced, very long travel times due to lack of territories (e.g. Longview, WA to Eugene, OR - Astoria, OR to The Dalles, OR)

Do not pay the agreeded upon salary in signed offer letter. Absolutely NO training, NO territories, NO clear leadership or direction. Management and owner are a complete joke. Noone knows correct pricing to quote new customers for equipment. Employees do not get reimbursed for all mileage. Told to sell equipment without trained technicians or proper support. Manager has criminal past.

no matter what you thought you had agreed to for compensation you are at the drive-through and they always forget something at the drive-through, usually the dead presidents.
they are always out to shortchange the employee while lining their own but nothing new there 

Would be an awesome place to work if you weren't dependent upon money to live. Zero training, questionable character in the office, little vision and zero leadership. You could be the smartest person in the room right off the bat.
