Work at Elementary school .. love kids .. honest work, but busy. LOVE my manager at the school .. she keeps me on my toes .. County and Staffing Agency need to pay the regular employees, as well as the temps, a bit more.  On a good note, one gets paid weekly.

I do like the assignment and hours in general. Kennedy Services really has no benefits and no paid holidays .. one has to work up to 750 hours just to be considered for a position .. I believe that is a bit much.  This is my second time with them .. been with Kennedy Services back in 2018.

I was hired by Kennedy for a separate agency where I was told I would have a 90 day probationary period. Once I reached my 90 days, I was informed that although the benefit package was now available to me through kennedy(awful benefits), I would not be transferred to my new company until I have worked 720 hrs for Kennedy, even though I have been with the company for 90 days. They did not mention this to me pre-employment, I was only told after I inquired about my 90 days.

Very understanding and considerate staff

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There wasn't a stressful part of the job

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work environment   changes a little depending on area but ultimately the same

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Reporting to project site and receiving instructions

Answered phones and accompanied customers with signing up for health insurance. Also made sure the customers received the proper health insurance that they were able to to afford.

I worked for Kennedy Services back in March and truly enjoyed my short stay before finding long-term employment. This company is very professional and I would recommend them to anyone in the Baltimore area looking for work.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Kennedy Services. The onboarding process was quick and they supported me every step of the way. HR communication is great and you feel really supported with anything that you need!

"If you can ball, you gonna get the call."  In other words, if you are reliable and do good work, Kennedy Will keep you working.  You are always able to communicate with management.  If there is a problem they fix it.

They will place you in a school as a custodian, great people to work for and are there to answer any questions you may have

Cons: PTO takes forever to accrue 
No health insurance 

Very easy because it was just cleaning. My manager was strict about being on time but would work with me if I needed time off and would carpool with me if I needed. The job only took about an hour in the mornings.
