Leaving the company under my own circumstances 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The upper management has no concern for the employees 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The culture there is company comes first, loss of a family member they want to know how soon are you returning to work. Cold conditions? You know what you signed up for so deal with it. Raises? before the union came in there were no raises and if you did get one it was the minimum

My typical day at work consisted of filing papers, answering the phones, taking orders from costumers, writing receipts for customers and inputting information on the computer.  There were many things I learned from this job such as how to handle cooperate customers and how to handle multiple accounts at one time.  My co workers were people that I enjoyed being around and loved the work that they were doing.  The most enjoyable part of  my jib would have to be meeting new people whether it was over the phone or in person.

If you value your time , peace of mind and dont wanna be stressed to the breaking point .. stay away from this Company. 
 Youll be work to death ....Union doesn't help. Management are as aggressive as you can think of. not enough employees  youll be worked to death and force overtime and be expected the nextday on time or else youll be writting up and picking 20 foot pipe by your self without a belt to protect your back. Youll be doing everyones job for low pay..

The workplace culture here is atrocious; they use good pay as a means to treat their employees horribly. Zero job security for anyone.  Direction of the company swings back and forth at the whim of its unstable owner/operator who continually makes bad business decisions that lead to large scale layoffs every 5-6 years to right the ship after one of his bad plays.

I wouldn't recommend if you're not willing to tarp and untarp most loads, and also stay overnight every other Thursday, Which is not mentioned in the description. 

The management team is diversified in philosophy and most work with their reports to help them achieve.  Although demands of various positions can be demanding at times, managers work with you to be sure they get the information needed.  They will extend deadlines if necessary.

All in all, management works with you to help achieve your goals.

Hard manual labor job, pay is meh for non-road drivers. You will come home filthy from work (literally dirty) if working in the warehouse/yard. OTR drivers make great pay. Union membership is a plus, benefits kind of make up for the shisse wages you make, but if you are healthy you won't need them. Very understanding management when it comes to being late for personal issues surprisingly. 

Grabbing work orders and start pulling and picking and load trailers throughout the day, Time management is something I improve on, Management doesn't communicate with workers properly, pulling product puts strain on the body throughout the day is the hardest part and the most enjoyable part is loading trailers.

I wouldn’t recommend this job to my worst enemy, the company / supervisors & managers have no respect for the workers , they treat you and talk to you any sort of way in there, as if your a dog ,and also it’s a ton of heavy lifting and etc that your definitely getting underpaid for.

Sales fluctuate wildly due to raw material prices changing daily. Customer base seems to be loyal to certain suppliers making it difficult to break into new markets, Great working environment with a great deal of autonomy.
