What is the best part of working at the company?
Pay was decent overall, but that's about it. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Owner is completely obsessed with growth at all costs. Claims that they will train you, but really just sends you to the rules and gives no feedback. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
In a word, chaotic. There is a constant churn of employees. Turnover is insane for a fast food joint, let alone a restaurant. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Typical day had a few pointless meetings, followed by doing whatever you could to bill as much time as possible.

Not a great environment at all. Expect to be micro managed by everyone even the employees who think they know it all. All the women in the office are in competition for attention from I have no clue who because not even the boss has a clue if he can win cases. This place of employment is a mess with all the  gossip and pile of work you will end up doing for one of the associates who just pretends to work and always seems bothered if she has to teach you something. 

It's worth the commute to come to a place wherein the human beings are kind even during times of stress.  The hardest part of the job is when long-time clients pass away; however, getting to work with their families brings a sense of comfort because we get to witness the miracle of how paperwork decreases the amount of worry they would otherwise have after the passing of loved ones.  There is always something to do here, someone to help; it gives me a sense of purpose.

One of the standout features of our workplace is undoubtedly the positive and vibrant culture fostered by a team of fun, engaging, and highly collaborative individuals. The emphasis on creating a positive work environment has not only made each day enjoyable but has also played a pivotal role in establishing a strong sense of camaraderie among colleagues.

I have worked at KLF for under a year, but have loved every minute. The owner of the firm is amazing and supportive. We strive to be a great firm to work for, and hit that goal. My growth is supported, and we are actively growing, which is fun.

...so, the owner has an Ahabian obsession with growth and relentlessly drives new clients to the firm where little time is allotted for true relationship building. Clients are issued cookie cutter estate plans spit out by software with standardization valued over nuance. The workload on the hapless minions makes for errors.

Keystone Law Firm is a great place to work because it allows you to learn new things everyday. They are always willing to help, and encourage you to ask questions. The people here are so nice and you get to help so many clients along with their families.

Owner tends to hire then will Lay off over and over based on his needs and offers no severance which puts employee in an immediate  crisis - there is a very large turnover and no job security

You won't find a better team to work with!  The genuine desire to work with each other and support each other, both professionally and personally, is rare and in abundance at KLF!
