You’re never just a number here Kings also celebrates their employees from holiday meals to celebrating achievements and milestones.  If you’re looking for a workplace where you’ll feel supported, respected, and empowered to grow, I can’t recommend Kings Command enough. Kings Command is  a place where people do meaningful work and can feel genuinely proud of it.

Work 14+ hour days regularly and often times around 3 hours is actual production the rest was spent on management figuring out what we were doing and maintenance fixing the line every 5 minutes. It was as if it was the first time trying to run any product even if we ran it the week before. People are more worried about getting write ups out on others to look good to make their way to management. When you're properly trained on the GMP's it will be because QA screams at you for being new and not knowing. The GMP's also change on a weekly basis, and depending on who you're talking to. All in all its a big confusing mess to just do your job well and go home. Which is different every day, you could work 6 hours or 16 depending on what they need.

This place hires anyone, makes for a poor work culture. Kings has a huge communication problem, we train new hires using gestures, most of the new hires never get trained, they do what they want and older employees get snapped at if they try to train the new ones. The hours are long, and we work nearly every Saturday. The pay is ok, but the employees have no-one that speaks there language to talk to all day makes a very poor work environment. It is an ok place to work for a little while, but it is not a long term place to work.

This company is simply one of the poorest managed low moral operations you can encounter. I would love to go into great detail but I've already wasted eight months of my life here. All I can say at this point is there is a reason this company has churned through countless people with its massive revolving door and has a terrible reputation with the locals. 

It is a very stressful place to work all supervisor,s always playing games on their phone, rude , favortism, threating on your job HR rude favortism no connection with her employees feels like your in high school with a principles office ,
Back stabbers in the plant  . Work very long hours 6 days a week no weekend s to yourself for families, 
Supervisor,s take turns taking off work cover for each other . 
New. People stay maybe a week if that .
You have to be tuff to survive this company or you will sink .


The management here is terrible. They all expect you to bend over backwards to please them, but anytime you ask anything of them they are always too busy. The pay is not anywhere near what should be given for the type of work. You have to join the Food workers union and this company does nothing to help you with any of the benefits that the union offers ( Very little if any). Overall if you absolutely need a job and can find nothing else whatsoever, i would still not try to work here.

Typical day is easy enough to stay busy . Learned we could save money if bought local country products because we wouldn't have all this shipping charges added  management is ok most of them are nice communication is bad and team leaders are allowed to stay in their positions even if they go against a co.pany policy ( 2nd shift shipping and receiving team leader)

Where to even begin with all the bad things about this place. Management doesn’t do their job, and has no clue what they’re doing cuz they don’t show up half the time. HR is rude and wants nothing to do with helping the workers. They lowered raises from previous years, and doubled the work, so there’s basically no morale left in that place. The people can be awful to work with and there are definitely favorites. Poor ownership and management are at the core of all of it, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT WORK HERE

Do not work at this place!  Management  is the worst I've seen in 25 years!!  Too much favoritism!  Company keeps employees who constantly break company and quality policy!  Absolutely worst training I've received in over 25 years!!  Company does absolutely nothing about theft in the work place.
