	Scheduled patient discharges & admissions and Interact with hospital department on patient care.
	Performed complete and frequent patient assessments, initiated interventions and evaluated patient's response to treatment. 
	Administered medications in accordance with physician's order and facility regulations.
	Utilized multiple wound care products in order to perform wound care on various types of wounds including pressure ulcers, skin tears, surgical wounds and colostomies.
	Performed frequent patient and family health education about operative procedures, wound care, drains, treatment plan, medical devices, diet, medications, and activity. 
	Collaborated effectively with an interdisciplinary team and performed accurate documentation.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Its best experience ever. Teamwork was tge foxus of every day. My only regret, it was just to far from my home. Great Company to work for.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No pressure, you're there to work, just do your work to the best of your ability. My job wasn't to complained; it  was to do the job I'm employed to do.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Like I  said before teamwork. Everyone work together to get the job done.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Start my shift at 7am completed daily assigned task, get off at 3pm

Working with staffs that are willing to work.

Working with persons that are not team players.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The environment is very good and we work with different cultures.persons are from different countries so there is a variety of cultures.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I look forward to going to work daily.we arr treated respectfully.

Disorganized from top to bottom. HR director and nurse managers have horrible attitudes. Understaffed for nurses and cnas. One of the worst places to work if you are an office worker especially. Agency nurses and cnas come to the facility and do not stay long. Vending machines do not even take apple or Samsung pay, food in the cafeteria is not appetizing. The entire facility needs a makeover and management needs in service on how to be better leaders. 

Being a new nurse will be very challenging. Kings harbor at first may seem intimidating because they basically give you short orientation then put you on the floor which can bd scary but staff is so supportive you never truly feel alone.Management slso very warm and patient and willing to teach and understanding.I woild recommend Kings Harbor Multi Care center for anyone.Very busy work environment busy from start to end but very rewarding

Let me start by saying they’re so desperate to hire RNs and I can see why. Staff treats new hires like trash and management sit on their phones all day and gossip. Ratio is 1:20 (least) to 1:40. Very unsafe. As an RN you get 0 benefits so you have to buy your own. Only LPNs and UAPs get benefits and are a part of the union. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone just based on the lack of professionalism, and lack of training. 

As Charge Nurse, I oversee the floor, delegate tasks to staff, assess and treat patients, coordinate transfers, admissions and discharges. The most enjoyable part of my day is interacting with the patients because they have so many life experiences and they are eager to share. The hardest part of my job is reminding myself that perfection is not always an option. There are things that are beyond my control. All I can do is take what comes, do what I can to address the situation and move on.

A typical day at work was always routine and manageable, all the workers were assigned to a number of patients and everyone knew what they had to do, the head nurse was always available to answer any questions. the hardest part of the day is when the patients were not co-operative.
I enjoyed using the computers to record patient activities. It took a while to master how to us the computer, then after learning how to use it it was very helpful.

A typical day at work involves greeting staff, patients and family if available. Reviewing any thing going on with patients on report and make sure all documentation and care is being provided and inform family. Attending meetings, such as care plan and risk meetings. Ensure staff is doing job on time and correctly. Provide in-services and discipline as necessary. the best part of my job is seeing my patients smile and getting the quality care they need and deserve
