I've worked in a wide range of roles as an LCSW and supervised numerous provisionally-licensed clinicians, and I can confidently say that this is a wonderful place to work (though I can really only speak to the integrated medical settings- AND... environments can vary by clinic). 
Pros- competitive pay with annual raises, VERY informative workplace gaining a wide variety of treatment skills and addressing a wide range og behavioral health needs (from mood to chronic health conditions), true support from management, meaningful work helping those who need it most.

Cons- BHPs are not treated as mid-level providers (NPs, PAs)- meaning less PTO and CME hours, mild-maybe moderate opportunity for advancement, fast expansion of the organization seems a little chaotic at times, some disconnect between BH management and those providing direct care- though I would attribute this to fast expansion of services/locations.

All in all, I would highly recommend this company for a clinician who is self motivated, as you do often need to seek out your own pts from the medical schedule and be flexible to see a wide array of needs on a moments notice (though that's part of what I love about the job most!).

If you actually care about people and you went into the healthcare field to help people and not view them as numbers then Kintegra is not for you. I worked in the schools as a SBT. When you get sick (you will in the schools) you have to use PTO, which you can’t start using until 90 days plus you only accrue about 1 hour of PTO per pay period. So when PTO is out and you’re sick you’re expected to see pts while sick (Covid/flu/etc) and infect them or get written up. 3 write ups and you’re fired. Also had to miss a close family member’s funeral due to not having enough PTO. 

After 6 years burn out is in play
The demand for getting Meaningful use is changing all the time
Meaningful use is how we earn Government Grants for the Company to earn more equipment, pay for the under-insured, non-insured patients treatments and medications. 
No one left behind so in many instances the workers are treated very bad from the patients yet employees are pushed to more and more. 
The Company stands for Helping the Community
The hardest part of being an MA is standing on your feet and trying to keep ahead of the provider without breaks.
The most enjoyable is if the managers tend to make it fun and keep the flow moving.

Working remote and having some amazing co workers can’t say much about customer care supervisor

The customer care supervisor does not let referral supervisor do her job she always micromanage

We work at home for now but customer care manager wants us in office so we will be going hybrid in a very small space

Well working remote it’s better not having someone walking back and forth watching you

Management is unprofessional, plays favorites, and often speaks to employees disrespectfully based on personal feelings. No room for growth for clinical staff. Advancement opportunities are very limited, especially since the company is in Gastonia. Overworked with little admin time and constant calls. Management is unwilling to cross-train staff to support the clinical team. Good providers aren't supported, while poor-performing providers are retained.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The co-workers. Everyone has been welcoming as I’m training at different locations. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Learning everything that Kintegra does. Medical, Dental, Pharmacy and senior care! 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Culture is very employee centered and patient care values. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Check in people coming to see the Dr. Checking them out after visit making sure they feel well taken care of.

I work remotely, so my environment is relaxed. I stay engaged with my coworkers and management via Teams. 
My management is supportive, and I have good relationships with my coworkers. 
The hardest part of my job is working with patients who have needs I am unable to meet, such as those needing housing. 
The most enjoyable part of my job is the friends I have made and the relationships I have with my patients.  I especially love when my encouragement and the service I provide makes a positive impact in my patient's lives.

The employees are friendly and they are team players. They build up their and don’t blame

It’s  is always busy, so you got to have patience and understanding with the patients and the providers

The environment is very friendly and they are team players we help each other. The culture is diverse

Busy it’s always something to do, never boring

Work life balance is fantastic and a great group of people to work with. There is ample opportunity for growth and promotion depending on your position. The benefits are overall good, except no paid maternity or paternity leave--you have to take FMLA, which is unfortunate given other health companies offer this for paid time off. Outside of this however, good health benefits, management shows that they do care about employees. 

I believe the  company is quickly getting away from true patient care to a “how fast can you see them and get them out the door” kind of mentality. I believe is to make up for all the pricey decisions they made to spread themselves thin since the pandemic government cash cow (ie mobile buses for chiropractors and podiatry). It appears they are getting rid of the primary care providers that care about their patients; Replacing them with providers that they can pay less for but that have no experience.
