While there is a sense of flexibility, management can be described as fast and loose. They pick where rules apply and to whom. They document only when they want someone out. I should know as I’ve seen it countless times. HR does not take matters such as discrimination seriously and upon reporting, management will push you out by adjusting your work load to where there is none and use this as an opportunity to lay you off. They’ll promise opportunities to grow to keep you enticed. However, they devise based on favoritism and the client’s final say. They do not conduct a healthy relationship with the client. This allows the client to dictate who stays and who goes in this company. Training is mediocre and unorganized. Often times, training is paused to relocate rooms since the company does not own their own facility. The AC often goes out. And the equipment is cheap. This company will cut many corners to save money. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
It's a call center. It's talking to people for Miracle Ear.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The management is all over the place.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Messy and unorganized .   No structure at all.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Boring and unorganized.     No management engagement at all.

This was a pilot program within Comdata created to provide streamlined payment services for Fleets and Maintenance providers. The program included Customer Service in a Call Center setting along with Account Representatives and Project Management opportunities. We were give the resources and training needed to provide excellent customer service. This is one of the best roles I've worked in.

They have a lot of campaigns but the worst thing about every one is that they are not able to accept inconveniences that make you getting late to the job even for some minutes, every minute out of your job is a minute that is not going to be paid.

Familiar environment and at the same time with a lot of responsability.
Overall the company is quite good and makes you feel welcomed since day 1.
Even though there is space to improve i believe that we're walking on the right direction!

Hard job, regular breaks, nice coworkers who try to help you as much as they can. Nice, modern building, with good coffee in the machines, in a nice area of Barcelona

Alote of remote work and good schedules.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Zero organization, no support for the workers and delayed/wrongfully pay's.

Great opportunity to lear and develop my skills within the call centre amazing team to work with training and refreshments to keep business following the process
