You can wait for hours and get no calls either because of low flow of calls or because of competition with other employees inside & outside LIS Solutions

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is a remote job but so far they're trying to build a team spirit through some emails and initiatives 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
There is not many calls in the morning and night, so mostly work starts 11 AM till 5 PM

Working at LIS Solutions has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I particularly appreciate the collaborative atmosphere where team members are always willing to support each other, creating a truly positive work environment.

I don’t feel there is any stress

They encourage their employees to work when and where they want. They treat colleagues as friends, caring, and being interested in their wellbeing.

Small company, you get to know the leadership. Supportive and flexible.

I didn’t have any stresses. As a contractor I support the customer.

Worked at customer site and not at the company location. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
8 hour work day. Customer did not allow for Flex Time. That’s not the company’s fault.

Great staff! Appointments enhanced my experience.

Portal could be more user friendly to post completed assignments & pay.

Very well informed staff and support when needed.

As independent interpreter did not go to office

It is a part-time job, so you only work whenever you are available and if your availability coincides with the time and date of assignments. Management is good, very understanding of their employees. The hourly rate is good. The hardest part is getting assignments. :) The most enjoyable part of this job is I get travel around the area where I work and meet new people every now and then.

I worked for LIS from October 2014 to July 2016 and I enjoyed my work with a professional team.

All my assignments were done with no stress.

Calls are very simple and quick.

Great company with good staff, I just wish I can get more projects from them.

I was working remotely.

It was joyful time when I was only focusing on translation and getting the task done on time.

They don't pay you for the time you are waiting for calls.. and there are a bunch of people competing with you to hit "Enter" within 3 seconds to get a call.. so you can sit in front of computer and not move for an hour and not get a call.. overall pay is low for the amount of time you are glued to the laptop

I believe LIS Solutions great company, All the management and employees, HR, Security officers is good people to work with, Quick response on emails.take care of any issues.
