I honestly loved this job!  Especially in the beginning, the scheduling was a little hit or miss. Which I was fine with. What made this job enjoyable was being able to see you helped another person gain the skills to obtain employment in a rewarding field.  I did feel that changing the length of the program was immediately a bit of a challenge for the students to keep up as far as covering the book work, which left me as the instructor feeling a bit apprehensive to sign off on skills within such a short time period. I do feel that communication between managers and employees became a significant struggle and I really wish that I had some clarity on what changed. Either way it was a great experience for me to be in a position to share my passion for phlebotomy ❤️ 

I worked with LNA Health Careers on a per diem basis, I had the opportunity to pick from a variety of schedules and times that worked for me and eventually had the opportunity to conduct state testing. I had also completed LNA training with them eons ago, it was nice to be on the other end this time around 

The pay was less than ideal but enjoying the work, watching students go from being nervous to asking for more clients towards the end of the program was so heartwarming and wonderful- mostly, I had a lot of fun doing this job, the class sizes were completely reasonable and once you learned the material there was no off hours work that needed to be done. 

I think the job culture and balance of meetings and learning/work is really unlike any job I’ve had previously.  I feel valued and accommodated in my job and I know who to turn to if I need assistance.  Everyone has been very kind and informative in the hiring and training process and I look forward to continuing to grow with the company!  The most enjoyable part of the job is the meetings where I can voice my concerns and feedback and I feel as though I am heard.  I’m learning how to effectively help students and coworkers in the enrollment process, it is fun and exciting for everyone involved!

LNAHC is a great place to work. The staff is treated well, the owner is very hands on, and the office staff is knowledgeable.  Working in admissions is a great opportunity for people who want to help others get into healthcare. Many of the staff members themselves have graduated from LNAHC, and speak to students from their own experience. Helping someone decide which program is best for them and providing resources for tuition assistance is the best part. Sharing knowledge and providing a support system to our students is what we do best. 

I have worked for LNA HC since May of 2021, I was hired to start the LPN Program.  We are a trade school for Health care professions and are always growing and looking for ways to improve our programs.  I as a leader, will not ask my employees to do anything I would not do. I have held management jobs not only in LTC/SNF but also in acute care, many of my previous employees have reached out about employment and work for me here at LNA HC, teaching all different classes, and assist in process improvements and curriculum design.  We are always open to process improvement and other suggestions. 

DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT WORK HERE! I was hired on to initially be a distance education english teacher, but this did not happen. I was grading other subjects that had nothing do with English (Anatomy Physiology and Math). I had no background in those fields. I had a great job, and I left it to come here. After a month, I was told they are reducing distance education courses. Again, DO NOT WORK HERE!!!! Don't do it....You all heard it from my first. DO NOT DO IT! I was completely lied to, and It is disheartening. 

If I wasnt relocating to the west coast i would still work there.  Hands down the best place I have ever worked.  From day one you are made to feel fully supported and welcomed.  Any issues I encountered I was easily able to reach my support person for help.  Upbeat and very sunny disposition from every person that works there.  You can tell the staff love what they do.  I cannot wait to move back east and join the team again.

You’re given the opportunity to help students succeed and have the leeway to do it in a way that works for you and that particular student. The new owner is open to suggestions and willing to hear constructive criticism when it’s needed. For a growing company, it’s an exciting place to be employed!

 Revolving door for employees. I did not learn anything valuable by being here. I wish my time here was more beneficial than detrimental.  You will have to fit into the team to really stick it out. The hardest part was not being set up properly. The most enjoyable aspect was helping students. 

Management does not work with it's  employees.  The owner lives out of state runs the company and is difficult to reach.  The supervisor I had was great but she was demoted to a teacher so a younger person could take her job.  I was working per diem but was let go because I spoke up for myself.
