2. See patients from 12 years old and up
3. Majority of our patients are uninsured, I learned about different programs existing in the states of Delaware to assist patients for preventive care, diagnostics and laboratories tests and Medication. 
4. It is  a busy practice with 5 physician, 3 nurse practitioners , one nurse midwife, 1 psychiatric NP, with 4 mental health councelors.
5. Time management is crucial, I see about 20-25 patients on a busy day 
6. My Hardest part of the Job was trainsitioning from Acute Care to primary. ( Paper work requirement, Core Measures for certains chronic diseases and preventive medicine
7. Most enjoyable part of the Job is the opportunity to impact someone life everyday. It is rewarding for me to be able to help somebody in needs by providing financial assistance for medications and tests.

I've observed that the work environment can be challenging due to frequent gossiping. Some staff members sometimes seem insincere and entitled, which can create a tense atmosphere. There have been instances where personal information wasn't kept confidential by management I've noticed that eating at the front desk is common, which is nasty. The presence of personal relationships between coworkers can sometimes create an uncomfortable work environment. The pay doesn't seem adequate for the job demands. Communicating with patients can be challenging since most do not speak English and uneducated they require additional explanation. Many patients are uninsured, lack transportation, and have unreliable phone access, making follow-ups difficult. Some patients perceive the services as free and expect extensive assistance. 


What is the best part of working at the company?
You can be part of a great group of people providing a great service to the under served communities in Sussex County Delaware when you are part of a team that improves the lives of their patients it just plain feels good and is with out a doubt the most fulfilling experience Working I have ever had!!!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
You will always want to do even more and more and sometimes you just have to be content with what you can do!!!

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
very supportive!and professional 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
The fastest 8 hours ever because you just keep pushing yourself!

What is the best part of working at the company?
None.  Having to see 20 Spanish speaking alliterate patients daily.   

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Large volume of non-English speaking, non-educated, non-compliant patients daily.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very poor relationship among the medical attendings, nurses practitioners, nurses and ancillary staff.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Non-stop racing to see patients with a Spanish speaking translator and very little support learning the EHR system.

Enjoyed working at La Red struggled with the dual standard. Some departments had an obscene amount of work with a never ending flow and not enough people to catch up. That was the norm. The back burner held too many important elements. Equity was lacking in pay scale and raise percentages yearly. I think this group forgot there was a pandemic and people get paid a lot more these days!

Working at La Red Health Center was a fun and excellent learning experience. I was able to work with the health ambassador program which was a pilot program within the outreach department. La Red Health Center is a patient centered medical center, working with diverse populations was an excellent experience as well as the freedom to work with the community was very beneficial.

Working at LRHC is a great place to get your experience working with a variety of people from different race, ethnicity and cultural backgrounds. I learned how to work under stressful situations when patients are not so patient and get what they want at the moment. You learn how to help those patients to the best of your ability.

Nursing management needs to be educated and have prior experience and knowledge of the job and not just fresh out of nursing school as an new nurse. The COO her attitude is terrible. The Doctors and Nurse Practitioners and some of the LPN and Medical Assistants are very nice. 

To much work with little pay. They want people to do other people's job to keep from hiring others.I resigned do to being burned out, organizations that i worked with in the communities showed more love then the organization i worked for, so it was time for me to go.

What the company stands for and do for the patient as well as the doctors are great. But how some management deal with problems or issues needs a bit more work on sometimes can put stress on an employee.
