What is the best part of working at the company?
The patients are a big part of why I work there. Their smiles and good compliments from them makes feel feel good . Also, there a plenty of supplies to work with. Every company have it's highs and lows.  I've been here for a while and they have grown tremendously. Knowing I've done my best to make some one else's life a lil better is a great achievement to me. Patient care is definitely priority key.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Only when we work short is where I feel stressed,but even I came up with a different way to work with that. Team work it's makes the job less stressful! Noticing when team members work together it makes the job less stressful and more meaningful,plus you feel like you've accomplished your tasks for the day.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Well for me, I normally just stay to myself unless it's involving the patient and I need help caring for them. But all in all it's a fun atmosphere! Big laughs and there's room to fit in and become a big part of a family like environment.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fun, exciting! I like to be busy. Always eager to learn new things. I love talking and interacting with the patients. They keep me laughing and that's the part I love mostly.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Residence and some employees and managers.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Waiting on parts,materials to work with and other departments using maintenance budget after they exalted theirs own budget.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Not to bad but some department directors are poor choice for department directors.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Sometimes good,other times bad when maintenance directors does not come into work and when materials not on hand or orders.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The residents,  you'll fall in love with them if you're a compassionate nurse. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
You're relief coming on time, then there's little clicks that likes to bully you mgmt  does nothing

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The culture has changed and become more pleasant to want to come to work,  love my coworkers 💕 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Goes pretty smooth most of the time

The staff physically in the location are great, however the corporate staff leaves much to desire. You are spoken to condescendingly, you get written up for following corporate guidelines given to you, you will not be adequately trained and you will be held responsible for things done prior to you working there. Extremely high turnover over rate.

The residents is all I’m concerned about at work

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Short staffed,too many call outs accepted 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Ghetto/hood,blunt forwarded residents

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
The shift differential and working hands on with the residents

The standard of care is high which is good, but they really don't care about your life when it comes to your schedule. There's no room for error, they expect you to be perfect. It's not hard to get fired from here, so job security is low. Management is all about image and ratings. No room for advancement.

You won’t be happy there. Very short staff. Won’t use agency. People don’t stay once they start here anyway. Don’t allow you to have a life. Always asking you to work on all your off days. Bonus to work is ridiculously low $40. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
The ability to work with your life schedule and the advantage to work overtime if/when needed. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not having enough supplies from time to time

I stayed close to the facility so it was very easy to get too!! The staff and management was really nice!! Your co workers were really helpful and everyone worked as a team player

Lanier manor had too many sick patient with less stuffy. poor management. I may not recommend my family or friends to work or be admitted over there due to poor staffing
