This company has the absolute potential to do great things. However their lack of communication, handle on their own internal issues, and very biased upper management will ultimately prevent complete success. Work culture is great but not for the thin skinned. Hard work is appreciated but not compensated. For day labor/hourly positions, strong work ethic and fast pace will yield positive results. However once you get to a salary position there's no shortage of work, 9-10 hour work days everyday with a weekly 14+ hour work day is an average for salary positions of importance. Employees are very rarely given the tools to be successful in their positions, even if examples of success are provided. Their lack of employee investment creates a negative work ethic across the board. If there is no immediate "need" for your position you will either be given a completely different role and expect perfection or more or less be forced to leave. Most individuals are great to work with, while others will make you want to pull your own hair out. Owner of company is a great guy, but misinformed most of the time, sadly.

All in all, decent place to work, barring that you don't have a family that you want to spend time with, social life outside of Saturday and Sunday, and enjoy spending your time treading water professionally.

Work-life balance at Larson Electronics LLC is awesome they never had a problem if I had an emergency but I didn't miss work an was only late maybe twice in the almost 3years I worked there

My experience working at Larson Electronics LLC honestly I wish I would have stayed there martial problems an other life issues forced me to leave an go somewhere else

You better be good at solving mysteries. The majority of your job will not be explained by anyone because 99% of the workers have no clue what is going on and just expect you to know what you're supposed to be doing without any leadership or information. 

The most enjoyable part of my job was getting to evaluate and hire the people I also trained and learn to know and later become friends with the same individuald.

This job taught me computer skills workmanship and time efficiency. During that time I was able to step up as a team member to succeed and accel  as a employee  to become better at the job at hand. Very busy but fun, motivated me to fill each order with fast pace and procession in order to satisfy  the customer s order.

Show up and build components all day. Variety of skills and knowledge to gain. Most managers are chill and straight forward. No drama. Best part is, as long as you do your job right and keep up with orders when its busy, you can work at your pace, listen to music, and enjoy your job. 

The Management or lack there of has no idea how to manage employees. they have cameras and microphones everywhere so they can for lack of a better word "Spy" on there employees.

Working at larsons was ok if you were friends with a certain group I no people working there for almost 2 years with no raise good luck working there.

I like working at Larson because my hard work is rewarded. There is a friendly, team like atmosphere.  Everyone gets along. The managers treat their employees well. Larson is a great place to work!

It's a small company so you start to have a feeling of family. Everyone does their part to help one another out. Your supervisors will answer any questions you may have as long as as your willing to learn.
