What is the best part of working at the company?
Working as an Interim Director of Nursing , traveling to different facilities and working with the facility until a permanent replacement is hired.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Like every other facility not having enough permanent staff.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I have traveled to many different facilities around the state of Ohio and have always been welcomed. I remember us saying if you treat them with respect they will treat you with respect no matter what culture they are.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
As a Director of nursing a typical day is making sure you have enough staff, doing a walk through to see if the night shift has any concerns before the dayshift comes in. Having morning meetings with day shift management and helping out staff when needed. Working and daily and weekly reports.

This company does contract work for nursing homes, which means you work for them but are working at a facility that needs "agency" nursing staff that is not employed by the building you are working at. 
I loved working for this company and if they had any future needs in my area I would work for them again. My coordinator was amazing, if I had any issues she was prompt with getting them fixed. If I had issues with staff, or frankly anything she would do everything she could to make sure I was comfortable working. If I had a problem arise which didn't happen often but life happens & had to call out or leave early she never made me feel bad for it & always was understanding that life does happen. 10/10 I would recommend this company to work for & do hope in the future they will have more contracts in my area that I can work for them again!

Extremely stressful with no client boundaries as to what you are expected to do, i.e. as an ADON are you expected to do floor work or simply supervise?  No support from management when a client makes accusations or negative comments. Management doesn't care if a client asks /pressures you to do something "shady".  You either shut up, put your head down and do what the client wants OR you sever your contract and go home so your license isn't in danger. Fellow travelers from this company are good sources of information, but have no desire to risk their own jobs by offering support. Compensation has really slipped in response to industry trends.

It was difficult with moderate stress but the pay was so great. You got mileage and weekly pay that was double what I made before. The facilities that they send you to have problems with management and sometimes staff. You work a 30 day contract and then if you want you end it or if the facility doesn't want you back they end it or ask you back if they like you. However, like I said problems mostly with management so they keep asking you back and act like love you then if you end the contract they keep asking for you to work 2 more weeks and if you dont they give your boss a poor eval of you.

Leaderstat is a very professional company that really cares about their staff. Leaderstat works with the client and employee for the best outcomes for all parties involved. Management is above-board and supports the employee while respecting the employees autonomy.  If the employee needs anything while on assignment, Leaderstat is quick to assist the employee in any way possible. Leaderstat provides great compensation and accommodations as well. 

I have worked with several travel nurse agencies and Leaderstat is by far my favorite. I personally and professionally highly recommend Leaderstat. I honestly do not have any negative things to say about this company. I hope to have a long professional future with Leaderstat.

What I love about LeaderStat. They are great with pay and benefits. Which is necessary because of it is imperative to have medical, dental, and vision insurance. On the down side, when on contract it is also important to be able to contact your consultants. Especially if something happens. There is always things that we don't count on happening when on a contract. If we can't get the response from the company we for. Then of course there is added stress and this is not good. We can already be in a lot of stress. For this reason I say LeaderStat doesn't do a good enough job communicating with their employees especially when on their contracts. This is a big shortfall with them. A lack of communication. 

I've mostly done local contracts for LeaderSTAT and really enjoy them. Have gotten to go to some fairly unique facilities and have gained some good experience. Recruiters and consultant specialists are golden. Whatever you need, they've got your back and are very helpful. Any issues I've run into have been dealt with quickly and professionally, and communication before and during contracts has been frequent and helpful. Onboarding was quick and straightforward. Pay rates have been decent. They do offer benefits if you work full time hours consistently. Only negative is that they don't always have contracts locally in my area, but that's the market we're living in currently. Overall, I'd absolutely recommend them.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I had no negative stressor working for them.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They are supportive and assist investing in your future and their longevity.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
My part was to remain friendly, but professional and assist in the overall MDS and Nursing process daily, as I would be expected to participate in a permanent  based position.

All they care about is keeping their clients. These facilities can make up lies about you and you have little to no recourse. They don't return calls and are more concerned with being in charge and in control. The client facility treats the agency staff sent there like absolute dirt. The client blames agency staff for not having enough people on the floor. They blame agency staff for not getting work done; never mind it's their own staff that does nothing.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The people at Leaderstat do an excellent job and are very approachable and professional. I have worked with them on interim NHA assignments and they always are organized and do an excellent job. Would definitely work with them again. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Just normal items at client sites with long term care. Nothing with Leaderstat.  

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very approachable and professional. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Skilled nursing home and assisted living daily challenges and problem solving.
