This company fails to follow regulations and safety protocols putting employees at risk.
there is little to no proper training, and leadership is ineffective, showing clear favoritism. 
Management engages in gossip with employees, creating a toxic and unprofessional work environment.
The pay is far below industry standards and does not reflect the amount of work required. Employees are expected to do more than what they are compensated for, with little to no opportunity for raises or advancement.

Didn't care to put a family on the streets for making up absent days even though they were to drive a wife to the hospital for a preemie baby pregnancy. Save yourself​ and your family from this stressful, selfish, careless company.

What you're 1st told when you're hired is what you get. They have a good culture and show they care. Small teams, just growing so you're expected to be flexible. The family who owns the company is very down to earth and like to make their employees feel welcomed.

Managers gossip a lot about other managers or employees, there’s a lot of favoritism (the more you gossip the more valuable you are). I brought new ideas and experience and they thought I was trying to steal jobs.. even if  you speak their own language, really bad culture. 

Management deflected problems regarding language barriers and communication. Safety meeting was in Spanish with no translator. Management suggested noise canceling headphones to address the blaring music. Otherwise my co-workers where very kind and some tried to translate but couldn't. Endless sweeping.

you work hard but as a team .. the boss try to agree on materials for your use at work and make our work easier .. free food once a month they go out to eat or they bring us food, I recommend it! Every situation he try to solve ... Very friendship

Great company to work for. Your work speaks for it self. Everyday it’s a challenge that contributes to your over all success. Need to run fast and keep up. 

The work was easy to learn and complete. There is a good chance you will not be treated fairly if you do not speak spanish. Doesnt matter if you show up on time or work hard everyday.

Lehi valley was a fast paced job environment with many opportunities to advance and with good work hours. The management is friendly but assertive with the work load and objective.

Overall an the job was easy, packing snacks through out the day, 
 Very flexible and easy to work with. Very fair honest balanced management, many friendly workers.
