I was hired as a Junior Accountant and let go within weeks—without any written warnings, evaluations, or constructive feedback. I was told I was doing well, only to be terminated days later for vague “focus” issues that were never explained. A company credit card was issued to me and never collected; I had to return it on my own. I later learned the same thing happened to the person hired before me. This suggests a pattern of unstable or potentially deceptive hiring practices. Overall, the lack of structure, accountability, and transparency made the experience deeply unsettling. 

Advice to Job Seekers:
Think twice before accepting a position here, especially in accounting or finance roles. The red flags around hiring, offboarding, and internal controls are real. This company does not offer job stability or clear communication, and your time and livelihood may be treated as disposable.


Pros

Leadership is purposeful about maintaining a great culture. We have a culture captain and there are voluntary culture meetings every month where we come together and talk about different topics as a group. We also have a philanthropy group that organizes quarterly charity events, which includes company hikes and Christmas Adopt a Family. If you feel you have the same values as this company, you will love it. I love working with everyone here. I have never experienced this level of teamwork between departments and throughout the company as I have at Level 3. Thank you to all of you that I work with every day.

What is the best part of working at the company?
They’re excited about their work and how they help businesses.  Lots of training provided.  Easy going culture.  

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Hire and fire more than others.  Growth seems up and down last few years. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Casual and fun with a firmness to doing the right thing and lots of training. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Not there anymore but was working on deals and areas to find savings.

Level 3 is a great place to work!  I currently work here and love it. They encourage work/life balance. Love all the philanthropy and giving back events! Company is growing quickly. It has good insurance benefits, vacation/sick time, etc - but it's the coworkers that make it enjoyable coming to work each day. Depending on your position there's room for growth and training is encouraged.  Highly recommend working for Level 3 Audiovisual!

I love working for Level 3 Audio Visual! I started as a part-time HR assistant and quickly progressed to a full time accounting admin. They really care about their employees and want to see them grow within the company. They have organized processes in place which leaves you knowing exactly what you are getting trained on. You feel apart of a family working for Level 3.  

L3 leadership is made up of outstanding people who genuinely care about the direction of the company & their employees. The culture is positive, focused on improving every day, & FUN. If you are searching for a place to grow professionally, L3 could be the place for you. Management is very focused on empowering their employees . 10 out of 10 recommend.

I believed this to be a good and healthy cultured environment, which isn’t the case. If you do decide to make the transition here, don’t get comfortable. 

There were times that I enjoyed working with Level 3, but those times were quickly washed away by dishonest management and leaders. 

Level 3 has been great to work with. Expectations and assignments are clear. Help is always available if needed. Plenty of flexibility. I couldn't ask for a better team.

I worked remotely.
I was provided with equipment that couldn't handle the software required for the job.
I worked extra hours each week to make up for the substandard equipment, but it wasn't appreciated.
I was asked to be patient, yet patience was not provided to me.


Both of my department managers are amazing. They make it easy for me to go to them for any questions. They care about our growth within the department, values work life balance, and encourages us to think of ways to improve. Also, everyone on my team are intelligent and helpful.
