What is the best part of working at the company?
We build great homes for real people. We take pride in our work, and love creating our places people will value for years to come. Great team environment. We work with each other to make everyone successful. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
It can be stressful to manage multiple builds at the same time. Dealing with customer concerns can be challenging. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Management does not guide your day to day. You are expected to do your job and ask for help if needed. Very results oriented management. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Early office check in. Morning usually consists of paperwork and email communication. Late morning-early afternoon is spent visiting job sites for progress evaluation, meetings with subcontractors, owners. Usually finish at the office to enter in Daily logs and finish any written communication.

As an employee at a franchise of this company, I would have been happy to work here for the rest of my life. The circumstances of life prohibited it, but it was definitely a superb place to work!

Too much drama in the work scene. Owners are not really invested in you, only what you can do for them. When you feel like you are struggling or need help.. Your fired.

Stressful at work and risky and have to be careful but paid well. People who worked with and bosses were friendly and helpful. Managed well paid. Hardest part of the job is the risks and learning all pieces of the trait. Most enjoyable is the hard work and salary.

Managers and staff are friendly and workflow is easy to maintain. Laid back atmosphere while staying professional. Collaborative work environment despite everyone working on separate projects

My time at lexar homes was short lived but I enjoyed it thanks to my coworkers, very proactive environment. I wouldn't recommend it if you don't like waking up early and going to sleep early

Great place to work under old management.  Treated like family and willing to work around life and schedules. 
Great relation ships woth subs New management ruined it at this location.

There was a complete lack of training. Senior project manager micro manages and over ride decisions made by project manager and management. Overall it has been a rough experience.

Great atmosphere and amazing people. I gained invaluable experience, grew personally and professionally, learned new skills, and built lasting connections that I truly value.

They take care of their representatives and more importantly the customer! 
They offer the best warranty on new construction then any other Home Builder in the NW.
