      If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience here made it clear how quickly a workplace can lose its footing when culture and leadership aren’t aligned.

     Office politics play a much bigger role than they should. Advancement doesn’t always seem tied to performance or results, but rather to relationships and internal alliances. It creates an environment that can feel more “cliquey” than professional.

     Morale across the team is noticeably low. Many employees seem disengaged and burned out, and it often feels like people are just getting through the day rather than being invested in their work. What’s more concerning is that this doesn’t appear to be a priority for leadership to address.

      Work-life balance is another major concern. There is an expectation to be available beyond normal working hours, and it’s not uncommon for employees to be asked, or expected, to work on scheduled days off without any additional compensation, especially if it’s the fiscal end of the month. Over time, this only adds to the burnout and overall dissatisfaction.

     Management, while approachable on a surface level, often comes across as disconnected from the day-to-day realities of the business. There’s a lack of consistent direction and accountability, which ultimately affects team performance and overall stability.

     The benefits package also leaves a lot to be desired. There’s no 401(k) match, and the health insurance options are relatively expensive for the level of coverage provided. For a company that expects a lot from its employees, this feels like a missed opportunity to better support them.

     Additionally, policies and expectations aren’t always applied consistently. This lack of clarity can lead to confusion and frustration, especially for employees trying to meet expectations and perform well.

     Overall, this is a challenging environment to grow in. For anyone considering an opportunity here, I would recommend asking detailed questions about culture, leadership, and benefits to make sure it aligns with what you’re looking for.

This company prioritizes the interests of upper management above all else. The leadership is poorly structured, with management focused solely on enriching themselves. As a technology specialist, I consistently worked around 45 hours a week, often expected to put in overtime without proper compensation. I was promised a 50-cent raise every six months, but this commitment was never honored.

In my role, I assisted customers with paperwork and educated them about the technology in their vehicles. We also delivered cars as far as Connecticut, washed and fueled them, maintained the lot, and frequently took on additional responsibilities beyond our scope. Despite being the backbone of operations, we have no designated areas to rest and are compensated with only $14 an hour.

Meanwhile, sales representatives enjoy the luxury of two private offices, while we are prohibited from using these spaces or even engaging in conversation with them, leaving us feeling undervalued and treated like children. Management has stripped away all the benefits that once made being a tech specialist worthwhile, making this job entirely unappealing.

In summary, you can easily find better-paying and more rewarding opportunities elsewhere. I strongly advise against working here.

A lot can be said about a company and how it treats its employees in the hardest of times.  After the coronavirus shutdown, they slowly stopped updating any employees on anything that was going on.  They let go of everyone, resulting in a loss of health benefits to all.  They opened up the store without informing any non-managerial employees.  Slowly, they secretly brought back employees with no apparent sense of order, or update/expectation to any furloughed employees as to when/if they will be returning.  Treats everyone as disposable and expects them to sit on the sidelines until called back.  Now that the PPP loans were made public, it is clear that they received a loan on April 9th, yet still made no effort to inform anyone about it.  God only knows where the money went, but it certainly wasn't to the employees.  The ones who were brought back all received pay cuts in every department.

The most stressful part about the job is the fact that the sales staff is extremely overcrowded and outgrew the demand in this area. What would typically be done by 2-3 employees most other places is on the individual. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
You're catering to elitists all day, and it's not just the customers. A lot of office politics and people pretending to be nice. Some employees are held up to a different set of standards and rules than others. Staff is all treated as replaceable rather than an asset.  

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Start off every day with a meeting for thirty min and then potentially have a group "training" session. Then the rest of the day you are on your own to sell.

I'm proud to work at LOLV. The culture here is something truly special — it's not just a talking point; it's woven into how decisions are made and how people treat one another. Compared to past employers, the difference is immediately noticeable. Employees are genuinely prioritized, and it shows in the day-to-day experience. If company culture matters to you, look no further.

Under paid and Under appreciated. You make $14/hr to do some things that someone who makes that kind of money should not do. The job description lies, the managers are unprofessional and disrespectful, you work in a very high stress environment. If salesmen/managers don’t feel like doing something, they make it your problem. They will send you out of store for a delivery hours away and you won’t get back till 8pm and they won’t pay for your lunch, they won’t pay for anything other than the cars gas. In summary, do not work here, you will not have a good time and you will not be happy with the pay.

I enjoy my job mostly because of who I work for and everyone I work with. This professional environment challenges me to be the best employee I can be. Leaders instruct me well before giving me tasks to complete. Our team strives to offer the best service to our customers and our employees. I thrive in my setting which includes modern technology and a comfortable workstation/office. Everyone always displays gratitude. 

It’s a sales position which if you’ve ever been in sales, it’s as much or as little as you make of it. You are encouraged to break records and to seek your own personal growth. Management is on the younger side but they are enthusiastic and have never been unavailable to help. Yes it is demanding, yes it can be stressful because again, it’s sales. If you put in the work, you will reap the rewards.

If you measure excellence in terms of customer satisfaction, this is the finest dealership to work for in the Lehigh Valley. And if you're fortunate or qualified enough to land a sales position here, be prepared to never stop proving your worth. You will learn quickly that Lexus of Lehigh Valley is not for the faint of heart.

i learned a tremendous amount during my time at lexus of lehigh valley. it was a fast paced environment with very high standards but even high levels or reward. i was given the tools to succeed and take care of the customer. 
the job was hard - but i was compensated accordingly. it forced me out of my comfort zone.
