When I first started here it was a learning curve as I was coming from a different industry. LSO assisted me with becoming acclimated with their processes and procedures. I had a dedicated employee walk me through everything from A-Z. The Culture at LSO is fantastic they promote autonomy, productivity and passion which gives me much pride in the work I do for the organization.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Working with robot for fill and seal, such a nice job.

When the company is swap to another job

The environment are so friendly 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Every day is the good day in the company

Unfortunately everything was bad about this place except the people in Quality. Everything was micromanaged then criticized. No real efforts were made to correct deficiencies. Were told to do something one way then weeks later were told that is wrong and to do it this way. No consistency.  Quality was always berated and belittled.

With a few exceptions, the place is barely held together. Management is mediocre, procedures are hardly understood, followed, or in themselves competent. The necessary software to run the business has been shoehorned into one 22-year-old piece of software that is so corrupted with the data that if it were to fail the business would die on the vine.

I worked with the company for about 3 months , I was not able to continue with them because they were relocating. However, even though I was new Hr and management went out of their way to try to make it work and I honestly appreciated it . Not all companies will do this. It unfortunate I couldn’t relocate but I wish the company luck and success. 

Great company to come in and learn a different career.  Hands on and great family environment.  Capable leadership of doing anything in the Medical Manufacturing Field.  

Would encourage entry level positions to come in and learn a new atmosphere.

This Company has lots to offer in terms of learning, their are multiple divisions where Medical Devices correlate with manufacturing. Coming from Aerospace, I feel if you are looking to get into the medical device industry, this is a great place to start.

*Hostile work environment and management don’t respect employees.
*Not enough space in offices so IT department employees DO NOT have their own space to work effectively.  
*Deceive and lie employees during the interview as well give fake promises just to fill the position. 



Horrible company to work for. Very poorly managed  one  person owned and operated  management with very unrealistic expectations. 
Work here only if you are totally desperate.   

Really bad place to work, there is no respect from the management team specifically the CEO, he is so disrespectful with the workers, he pays do low, and do not care to follow the States requirements
