I’m not sure where the negative reviews come from because I don’t have one negative thing to say about Lingraphica. I started with this company in August and I love what I do! I also love the company culture and the people that work here. Everyone treats each other like family, including the CEO. My director is AMAAAAZING and has always been very supportive since day one. My team literally functions as “one team”. If anyone needs help or is behind with something, the whole team will offer to assist without hesitation. I’m also a remote employee so being that the company is based in NJ and I live in FL, I barely get to see my team in person. However, when I do travel to NJ, all expenses are paid for by the company which is a GREAT perk😊 Working for a company that changes lives every single day and is not focused on the bottom dollar is a blessing. This is an experience that I wouldn’t change for the world.

All-in-all the culture is great here, the people are fun, and management is down-to-earth and easy to get along with. There are a few growing pains that you’ll find in any small company that is growing quickly, but they are aware of them and are managing them as they come.  Your hours can be fairly flexible as long as you are getting your work done. The weekly, monthly, and quarterly expectations are very clear, as they are planned in advance and shared with everyone regularly. Listen to music while working at your desk, challenge someone to a game of ping-pong, take a meeting out in the courtyard, you run your day the way you work best.  It’s a great place to work that is definitely not a stuffy corporate environment.

Lingraphica is a great company to work for. This is the first job I have worked at where upper management respect and value your opinions and listen to your ideas. A lot of healthcare companies say they are patient driven but are actually only focused on increasing profits. Lingraphica is patient focused while still steadily growing every year.The company is mission driven and every employee has the same goals. It is a rapidly growing place where things are changing so it isn't a great place for someone who doesn't adapt to change well. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed and everyone respects one another.

The company's mission, values and CEO are great. However, sales' middle management and group lead were unprofessional, and cutthroat -blatantly favoring employees from the "in" group. It's very much a sorority house where the favorite ones get a pass, while those who work hard are hardly recognized. You may outperform others, but should you not belong to the "in" group, management will find a way to fire you. Since there isn't a human resource department, there is no process in place to fairly handle performance issues or other HR related issues.

This company is growing and doing well! Training has been thorough, as well as the interview process. They truly want to find the best fit for the teams! The flexibility and work /life balance on my team has been so refreshing. They truly are top notch and care about their patients, not just the number, like other places I have worked. Employees and management do really seem great!

In 2 years I went through 4 managers. Not one left a process last more then 2 weeks without changing it and not a single one knew the aspects of my role. Even though I was hired for 40 hours per week I was expected to work closer to 60. Benefits were great with a lot of PTO and good health care. It would be a great company to work for if there were managers who knew what they were doing. The CEO was fantastic, the issues rely in lower directors and managers.

Culture was emphasized so much that people were afraid to be themselves. The overall atmosphere was unfriendly, depressing and miserable. There were employees who pretended to work, and noted the database as such but never made the phone calls they claimed to make. The manager was very sharp but didn't do much actual work, and was a horrible trainer. The customer service was poor, nobody followed through with much of anything.

Intimate family-like culture where everyone's ideas are shared and valued.  No Corporate baloney. Laid back management who listen. Solid people, wonderful products, very much focused on making life better for patients with aphasia.

Temporary contract during transition / corporate restructuring, but unfortunately no job security. Last in is first out regardless of job performance.
Most of the staff were very friendly and very easy to get along with.

Training in interpersonal communication.  Ideal environment to learn how to grow.  Supportive staff, and workflow that nurtures pleasant interdepartmental collaboration.
