I come in everyday and am BOMBARDED with different tasks that do not allow me to do what I was actually hired for. They present it as "team work" but in actuality, its different departments making you pick up where they slack, or something that they don't want to do. Management now is not the best. I ask for help because I get so overwhelmed and I dont receive any. They say they will help but then i dont hear back from them and end up having to do it myself and stay way past working hours. They said i only had to work one weekend a month from home as on call, and now i have to work holidays and two weekends out of the month, as well as before work and after work, i was expected to pick up on call shifts. I dont enjoy this job. Its EXTREMELY STRESSFUL. And there are limited resources. I have to provide aide services to seniors with basically no aides, so its like im being set up to fail. I was NOT hired to be a supervisor but yet I am acting as one everyday. I have to deal with employee disputes, verbal warnings, timesheet submissions, time off request, etc. 

My favorite thing about this company is how passionate every individual is. There are multiple personalities and many different roles, but every single person has one thing in common: they care about people. Whether it be the patients, their families, our caregivers, or even our coworkers, we all care about people. 

The work environment is amazing. Everyone is super friendly and makes it easy to come to work everyday. There is a lot of growth potential here and I love that promotions do not depend on how long you've been here, but rather how hard you work and how dedicated you are. 

I have seen many promotions happen within short periods of time, and it gives me a lot of hope.

I  am all  about positive vibes. When it comes to this company, that's all I get. The staff are very friendly and very positive minded. They will guide you through every step of the way in the beginning until you get the hang of it. 

A typical day at work is normally going out to the scheduled appointments that are set for that day with the clients. You really aren't selling anything, you are making sure the clients have the proper documentation ready to provide them the home care service they need as soon as possible. 

If you love helping people and like the feeling of people thanking you because you helped them get care, than this is a really good fit for you!

Bosses that listen to what you have to say and value your opinion. Life always comes first here. If you have to leave early or come in late because of kids or family you will not get in trouble for it. Everyone here is a family and the environment is amazing! Plus the weekly games and competitions always help lower stress before the weekend. This is my dream company I am so lucky to have found them

Good relationship between staffs and office staffs.

I don’t have any stressful because I am familiar with my job.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The agency assigned me different locations and clients. Working environment of the facilities are good. Clients are different health conditions.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I like every day to working with the company.

Its a great company tbh, it is growing constantly, and they try to keep the employees comfortable. The only thing is that me personally sometimes feel like my opinion doesn’t matter. I try to show ideas and speak up and they are used to do things in a certain way that I opted out of just staying quiet and don’t give my opinion at all. Surprisingly most upper management is nice it is your direct colleagues that sometimes its hard to work with cause they are not open to listen to you most likely because you are the “Newbie” and they “have been doing this longer than you “.

The people here are great! Everyone here is personable and friendly. Upper management is very approachable as well! The office space is very modern and comfortable. There are always ways to connect with others. 

The onboarding process was very easy and effortless. They offer great benefits as well like medical, dental and vision insurance, PTO and 401K.  Overall, a great place to work.
