As an intern, you have the availability to make your own schedule and you keep busy with tasks assigned at the start of the week.

Options to work remotely or in-office came up near the end of my internship (it started All-Remote), though I'd highly recommend going in-person where available. Work environment is very friendly, and people work together on the regular to get things working.

How much you learn depends on you. Ask questions and you'll get answers (even if it takes a little bit of time to get a reply, if you're working remotely).  

I had a great time interning at LinkUp. My supervisors and full-time colleagues were a joy to work with and the workload was always manageable. Pay could have been better, as I was barely scraping by while I was there, but otherwise a good foot in the door of a career in software engineering.

To be honest, I wouldn't say that it's the most "helpful" internship for learning practical web dev applications.
BUT, the work was steady and satisfying, the people were friendly and helpful, and job provides a good glimpse into web-based scripting, at the very least.

I had a very good manager kind and understanding. The internship was a good experience. I feel like I learned a lot there. The scheduling was very flexible too.

Excellent work place, formerly very fun and flexible. New management gutted the US office and retains few US employees.
