I only recommend on taking this position if you have experience as a DSP. If so, I would recommend Night shift! 
More than half the time you can Not get anybody to reach the phone on evenings let alone weekends! 
I will say the RCs they have recently are good at picking up the phone. But when it comes to others it's hard to get a response you need. 
Especially when it is a behavioral situation let alone filling out paperwork. 
The drama is unbelievable! Even taking the right steps and speaking up to somebody in the chain of command is pointless. It will not be addressed or stopped! You working by yourself with the clients does not make a difference! Rumors are spread out through the company, true or not.
Program training is horrible. 
Expect to get last minute texts/calls telling you need to be in the office that very day! 
They do not give u a copy of policies which I would deff get one. Even when policies are updated they do not do so. 
Watch what PTO you get. If you are full time and you miss one day, they will pull your PTO even if you do have sick time. They do not follow what the policie states. 


This company may seem great at first but the “upper management” have no idea what they’re doing. They will tell you one thing and in the next sentence tell you something else. There is NO real training provided. They sit you in a room with a three inch binder and a computer and that’s “training”. Nothing in the binder or the videos you’re made to watch has any real value to the jobs but, if you make a mistake because of lack of training, be prepared to be scrutinized; sometimes even yelled at in a meeting with all offices listening. I listened to it happen more than once and would have been in tears had I been the one being so degraded. 

The time wasted on meetings is insane. They have people send out emails, then have an hour or more phone meeting about everything that was in the emails. They literally read the emails to everyone, that you’ve already received. 

Be very cautious when applying for this company. They already have a bad reputation and it is getting worse by the day. They claim to be a “people first” agency and that couldn’t be farther from the truth. They’re a money first agency. If you’re looking into this industry, find a reputable agency that treats their clients and employees with respect and dignity. 

 I worked tirelessly over the past eight months to uphold professional standards and to improve the quality of life for the individuals we serve. Unfortunately, I reached a point where I could no longer do my job with integrity in an environment so consistently defined by disorganization, inconsistency, and misplaced priorities.
It was astonishing to witness how often good intentions were met with excuses instead of solutions, and how little accountability is applied when clients are the ones who suffer. I  spent months retraining, documenting, and advocating—only to watch repeated inaction and indifference undermine every effort toward positive change. The lack of professionalism, follow-through, and respect for both staff and clients speaks for itself. I came here hoping to be part of a team that valued growth and service; instead, I found a system content to maintain dysfunction. Still, I refuse to let this experience extinguish my passion or compromise my standards. I chose  to leave with my ethics intact and my fire for advocacy unbroken. Wishing Barb, Katie, Kevin, Craig, Jason and Tina,  all the day—and the reputation- you have rightfully earned. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
The only good thing about this company is the hours an the pay the management and assistant management aren't the best people to work for! They will work you if they like you, they have there ones that they like and the supervisor will push you out the company if u can do your job better then her, and she will pay the clients to make false accusations on the employees to push them out the company, also do false aps reports on the employees to get them fired from the job! If they would get rid of the management an supervisor, it wouldn't be a bad company to work for!

The supporvisor making false reports on the employees!

The work is very consistent and very fast paced 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful and very very psyilogical emotionally draining

A typical day is never the same for me and that's what I enjoy.  The individuals I have the opportunity to care for are the absolute best company to have!  I could be having the worst day and come into work and immediately it's a game changer.  As long as you're providing structure, consistency, dedication a little bit of common sense into your job, you will strive at Linx.  I started my journey in the IDD/WAIVER field at just 18 years old, I'm now almost 30 and this job has changed my entire outlook on life.  The company will 100% provide you with the support you need to provide your individuals the best care possible.  Linx offers great flexibility, PTO and competitive pay.  Your job is what you make it, and if you have an issue you can always utilize the open door policy!  I have no complaints with this company, they are PEOPLE FIRST, ALWAYS!

Overall, I generally enjoy working for Linx. I have some good coworkers. I have the flexibility of working different shifts. Recently there has been some major changes with the RC's. I can see that things are getting better, and communication is improving. Management is easily approachable; they have an open-door policy that you can contact them at any time. We recently received a pay raise, which is nice considering the cost of everything. Their vacation and sick time could be better. But all in all, they are really focused on the members, and they want me to be successful and I hope to be here for a long time.

I loved my clients for the most part, co workers could be dishonest and trouble makers. If you mind your own you’ll be better off. Hygiene should’nt  be an issue for dsps, setting examples should be a priority. I had no issue with “higher ups”. Just because someone applies for management jobs doesn’t mean they should be hired. 
I liked what I was doing in my job,  cooperation from co workers with no strings attached would’ve been nice. A couple of the “ girls” where just nasty in every sense of the word. I don’t know why people can’t focus more on the client than causing trouble for everyone else they worked with. I recommend this company and keeping to yourself to do your job.  Some clients are easier than others to deal with.

I enjoy working with and helping my clients!!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not having good reliable co-workers. It's not easy when staff doesn't show up to relieve you, and once in a while isn't bad,but reoccurring gets old.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's a good place to work for the  most part. I did my job and well . I stayed to myself without drama and I had no complaints. I loved all my bosses. They work hard as well and treated me well.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Worked hard,and tried to get out of there when I was supposed to,but don't usually have a problem working over time.

Employees are not valued - and the  ones  that will help extra get used to the max. No consideration is taken for the days you have scheduled off - or of your scheduled  time  to  leave. 

It’s unorganized , no raises - you’re literally stuck  unless you know someone - basically the old saying ; it’s who ya know .

Dont be opinionated - cause you will get reprimanded for voicing concerns to guardians about the people serviced .  Which is insane 

They say open door policy that’s comical - cause nothing ever gets taken seriously that’s the in one ear and out the other  for ya 

No one has it together  ; everyone is overwhelmed and some are not qualified for the jobs they do - it feels like  a sinking ship  


A company like this should be professional. Especially when you’re working with clients. 
When I went in for the interview it was okay, professional. But when training comes around it was sloppy and unprofessional. The use of bad language and bad attitudes from everyone was unreal. It’s unorganized, management is awful and the schedule is screwed up. You don’t get relieved when your shift is done and you’re lucky to get a call or a message back. They don’t care what you have to do when your shift ends. They don’t answer and leave you hanging. You are supposed to do training. They do not properly teach you CPR. Luckily I was already CPR certified.
