This company is constantly chaotic and disorganized. Ideas are always changing day to day so some work becomes a waste of time. Everyone is over worked and not paid nearly as much as they should be for taking on the extra work.  They try to pretend things are fine by providing pizza and free products or having “fun” events but that does not substitute the real problems that they have and frankly it’s an insult to the workers when they are told the company “has no money” but yet they can fund all these other activities.

All the training they provide a vast array of knowledge for logistics

Just wasn’t enough hours in the day

Friendly and safe overall just family oriented and they have your best interest in mind 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Shipping and receiving inbound outbound replenish and put away

It was a fun workplace, but it was difficult for employees accustomed to working in a privately owned company when it was acquired by a large corporation like Unilever. It ended up not being a fit for them. Also, some fairly significant structural changes were challenging. I am hoping the workplace will eventually benefit from it. I think the experience will vary greatly depending on which department you work in. 

company will not pay for your mileage, gas or transportation time. No company credit card for cast goods when going into support stores and give out gratis. Company expects you to see more than 2-3 stores a day to ensure sales. When you live you in a busy city you spend about 4-5 hours in a  car trying to hit 3 stores total making your work day 13+ hours

Amazing learning experience, I loved my discovery job helping create new products, feeling like I was instrumental to creating and making products better

I love the beauty industry. Hair care may be the hardest to sale because of the price point. But, when my team would gather together and strategize, we were powerful. Lot's of events, meetings and travel.

Great people friendly and helpful to make sure your a winner. They want to help you with everything. They call ask questions/ show up pitch-in to make sure you meet your goals.

They tried to make it fun and sometimes succeeded but largely it was a chaotic and disconnected environment that caused a lot of extra work.  People were in and quickly left causing a lack of continuity

toxic environment.  CEO is pompous and arrogant.  looking for another position as many of us are.  so disappointing..this used to be an amazing place to work
