Management sucks they preach transparency but it is a but of old ladies talking about people.(the big old guy is the leader!) If you confide in management about anything the entire company knew as well as management sidekicks will know by the end of the day! Performance evaluations are once a year....(why?). No, chance for promotion or raise for a year unless ur not a CSR! I feel sorry customer service they are not allowed to talk to each other or get up. Even while all other employees get up and talk about their kids and personal lives all around CSRs!( the floor is in the middle of building.) Dont even let me get started on the training! The trainer will say one thing and then it's another when you start to work. You can see the cracks and lack of communication when it comes to the job and job training. If you ever wonder what it's like working back stage for Maury or Jerry Springer. This job/company is for you!

I will keep this brief. 

I was extremely excited to be apart of Lucent Health when I was hired on. I did my job and I had no reason to complain. I truly appreciated the clients that I worked with.  However, I was targeted by my supervisor and because I didn’t speak up it resulted in my termination. 
I was told by my supervisor that I was being “aggressive” and “defensive” and was also asked “were you raised by ninjas”. For a place that has a behavioral health component, they were extremely negligent in caring about my mental health. 
I will say this, if you apply to this job as a therapist and get hired document everything and make sure HR knows if you’re uncomfortable with anything that is said to you or done to you. 

I think having a hybrid position was helpful and beneficial.
Pay is decent and benefits are not bad.
But be careful.

Overall, the company sucks!  You will have NO clear sense of purpose because the right hand NEVER knows what the left hand is doing.  Their turnover rate is ridiculous because the management team has NO clue on how to manage except "ONE" guy who works at the downtown office.  Management gives Absolutely NO support or encouragement, will not help you succeed and do NOT appreciate their employees at all.  You definitely can't trust them. I have NEVER felt a sense of belonging in the company.  It's impossible to achieving your goals because management is so sneaky and has you stressed out because their more concerned with work drama than the job.  Sad but true.  If your looking to get paid, hahahahahahaha!  This is NOT the place for you!  TRUST ME!

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing, their Benefits and vacation policy is terrible.  Their executive staff is a bunch of men that take no responsibility in being leaders. Shady, and not truthful. I am looking myself, you do not want to work here.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Executive staff lies then when they have to communicate it's after the fact. A lot of people are looking for new jobs

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Not very friendly,  very stressful. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
There is always a fire, some managers are in their position that are not qualified, we have lost over 10 employees that were very good and the managers were intimated so gave them a hard time, did not want to hear how to make things better, it's their way or no way.

Do you want to work 10+ hour days 7 days a week for a mediocre salary?  You can at Lucent!

Do you want to be treated like a kid by an executive that doesn't care enough to understand your job?  You can at Lucent!

Do you want to work for leadership that will be honest and transparent by telling you to your face that you're nothing but a number hurting their bottom line?  You can at Lucent!

At Lucent you aren't family, a teammate, or even a valued employee.  You are a number, a punching bag, and a scapegoat.

At least there is a small support structure in the few coworkers across teams experiencing the same trauma as you.  But usually the other teams will be running to cry to executives when they think you've been bad.

Training for LCM is bad. The management is terrible and cannot handle training multiple people! They give you the equipment a quick one week orientation and then send you home to figure it out on your own. They set you up for failure. Micromanaged! The benefits are bad! Hardly any PTO. Your job is nothing nursing related your just saving other companies money, micromanaged and all about numbers! Felt frustrated and overwhelmed from the beginning! Just don't waste your time. Other reviews seem fake or from management wanted to give a real review from a nurse I wish I had seen before I ever wasted my time! never more relieved to be gone from a place! Toxic!

No stress every body helpful and pleasant over the phone and in person

Easy and understanding easy to talk to

I’ve had the same experience with the company since the beginning same assignment 5 minutes away from where I live very convenient

What is the best part of working at the company?
Being able to work from home, working at the office or doing a hybrid option.


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Dealing with rude, unappreciative providers and members

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Pretty laid back, coworkers are always willing to help 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Start work at 8am, end at 5pm Mon-thurs and 8a-4pm on Fridays.  
Assisting members and providers with health insurance benefits and claim questions

Things are really moving in a positive direction at Lucent. The company is growing, and there’s a big focus on improving how we do things. There's lots of effort going into streamlining processes and cutting out inefficiencies, which has been great to see. Hard work and determination are a must but if you’re someone who likes being part of a team that’s building and improving things as they go, it’s a solid place to be. The progress feels real, and it’s exciting to be part of it. 

I appreciate the recognition programs in places that celebrate employee achievements and milestones. The performance feedback process is constructive and helpful in identifying areas for improvement and professional growth. This fosters open communication channels, allowing employees to voice their opinions and concerns without fear of reprisal. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience working for this company, and I look forward to continued growth and success in my role.
