What is the best part of working at the company?
Some of the people. They all can relate to how much it sucks working there!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Trying to do your job, without proper PPE, equipment or material for the job. They want it done,but don't/won't provide you with what you need to get things done.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They have a it's not my job kind of attitude 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Never know what you are walking into

What is the best part of working at the company?
The lack of appreciation I recieved for performing.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Even after reaching the highest goals set for me, I was told I could have done more. And being asked to sell beds for facilities the had horrible clinical teams.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The worst toxic place I have ever experienced.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Being micromanaged by people who have less experience and education than me.

I’ve had a great experience working with Luxor. The company fosters a positive and supportive work environment where team collaboration and growth are encouraged. I’ve also appreciated the emphasis on work-life balance, professional development opportunities, and a strong company culture that values its employees. A typical day at work is spent collaborating and working closely with the buildings. Everyone from
the corporate level, to regional level and facility levels all have a sense of respect and appreciation for one another. 

The culture is engaging but extremely positive. As in the healthcare industry, there are always tough days but you don’t even recognize those days with the team support you have at Luxor. 

The days are chaotic, and poorly planned, with daily meetings to review the futile inefficiency. Constantly changing policies, understaffed shifts, and bad interdepartmental communication.  No matter how well-planned the week, people dread working, at The Groves....

Management treats you Daily like your hated And constantly makes you feel like your job is on the line. They write you on allegations without giving any investigation. Bonus structure is a joke and unobtainable. The most toxic and stressful place I've ever worked in my life. 

A typical day at Luxor is engaging and fulfilling, offering a good balance of meaningful work and collaboration. There’s an emphasis on professional growth, with plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and take on challenges that enhance your expertise.

From start to finish, each day is an opportunity to grow, connect, and make a positive impact.
