This was the worst pharmacy I've ever worked at. 2nd Shift worker with a bunch of young employees that are more interested in gossip, their phones, and taking breaks.  Batches of medications were never packed on time. Bathrooms out of order from time to time. Unclean work environment with high temperatures in the warehouse with the loading dock wide open for bugs to fly in. Pharmacists did bare minimum work and were not good role models. Management told half truths and lied about "emergency meetings" during the daytime so they could write up or terminate employees before their shifts. Please keep looking because BM at MacRX was horrible to work for. 

This is a great place to work IF you’re fresh out of high school/college and you really don’t have a lot of bills . Pay is ok depending on your lifestyle if you pay rent mortgage or car note I don’t think this job is for you. Turnover rate is pretty high not many stay over a year because they expect high volume to be produced and not everyone at this company tries to achieve the goal so the ones that work hard have to pick up the slack of the ones that don’t and again the pay isn’t the greatest. Depending on the department your in the schedule may or may not be flexible. Overall I enjoyed working here while it lasted

Terrible place to work at. The 2nd shift is incredibly stressful as the orders for the night time deliveries (which deliveries are only at night) are unreasonably high, raises were scant in my time with the company. The turnover rate is pretty high there’s always new people working. Training is nonexistent as leads and managers either can’t or won’t train cause of how busy the place is. To make it worse the culture at the company is toxic and gossip is prevalent. 

Billing managers favor certain techs and allow them more breaks and less work than others. They are also very unprofessional as far as communicating/joking around with each other. They have derogatory conversations amongst the other techs that includes swearing and vulgar topics that are irrelevant to everyone else around them. They keep techs that are terrible at their job and make everyone else work harder to fix their issues or keep up with all the work. 

It's a very demanding job. It's a very serious job that requires a lot of accuracy, and pharmacy technician who have experience or took a course in the field understand the process. The evening shift is a high pace and it's where you can learn the most as it's the end-of-day/ closing shift that can throw you a curve ball therefore requires strategic thinking, improvising, covering shifts, etc. 

Its was to much learning all the codes and getting in and out of thing. The training was horrible  they don't give you much time to learn all of you need to know . just save yourself the of feeling bad and stressed. They expect a lot for litter time and little training.

Always understaffed with high expectations to perform consistently under stress and pressure. Managers are lazy, spend majority of their day standing around and ordering themselves lunch on Uber Eats every. day. 
Hard workers turn into disgruntled employees. No room for growth 

This job makes you never want to work in a pharmacy again 
Unprofessional 
The managers are disrespectful 
The managers themselves are lazy 
They gossip way too much 
It's like it is ran by toddlers 

Great company! Lots of room for growth. Every startup has challenges, but the benefits far outweigh the disadvantages.

I had to teach myself a majority of the things I knew. You recieve “training” for maybe 3 days but it’s not really training they just put you on the floor and expect you to know what you’re doing.
