Serve as a liaison between the HR Office, Construction and Maintenance Department and Operations Department to satisfy promptly and accurately the personnel needs by the selecting and recruiting process for salaried, full time and part time positions.  Supervises the stores' trainers to satisfy the personnel needs in stores operations departments and coordinates, performs, and supervises the training process for salaried employees and hourly employees.  Analyze problems or situations and recommend actions to be taken such as: disciplinary actions, terminations, transfers, among others in compliances with Labor Laws and Company policies.  Handle employee’s grievances in Union hearings.  Assist in the development and administration of employee’s compensation program.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The facilities were reasonable and a few coworkers were friendly.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everything is last minute, without a plan.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Competition at its best. No space for growth equally. Very toxic environment. Wearing green is almost mandatory. It is a micromanagement, old school style culture. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Almost all the time isolated. If you think different, discrimination is what they practice. No teamwork. And leadership does not care about burning their people.

It depends on the position, I've had great experiences with managers and nightmare like scenarios with managers, and the things is you'll never know what you are gonna get if you don't have someone inside. The pay is very competitive and the POT and benefits. You'll get promoted in a year since there is constant movement. And also if you apply internally to other positions your boss won't know unless you tell him/her since HR protects that information from them. At the end of the day a good rule of thumb is that if you see an area with a lot of old people the are is chill and easy, but if you see young people you'll probably die of stress, trush me.

The management team shares a monthly calendar to let you know which are the days you must go to the office and which you will be remote. Changes are allow if exist a kick off meeting or steering committee  since those ones shall be presencial, 

The desks are flexible, you select the available one when you go to the office. In the area exist a lot of choices for lunch time. 

At first they have this façade that they are all tight as family, but in reality? They treat you like nothing after training, if you have a question? They ignore you or tell you “text me on teams” if you text them on teams, guess what? They also ignore you, or they send your question to 3-6 people and good luck getting an answer, i dont recommend working here, if you work for them under contract (agency), forget your benefits, you wont have them for a year if you make it to the year mark.

They say if you want to change positions over time you can, but that's just not true. Most start working at the call center, but if you want to change jobs within the company it's almost impossible to do so. You either have to know somebody from another department or have the best luck in the world. Don't give your all in your daily routine, they don't appreciate you as an employee and your sanity is not worth $11/hr.

Poor management.
My supervisor was awful and his procedures wasn't clear.
No  organization for everyday tasks.
I feel they was seeking the opportunity to have any excuses to cancel my career.

A lot of metrics and you get evaluated every 3 months. Good benefits and grow opportunity, very high paced.Cons: Can be VERY stressful.You have to attend an academy and pass with 85% all the tests, you have 3 opportunities to pass each one of them.

Would never recommend.
Toxic work environment that has been normalized.
The costo of  health insurance is too high taking into consideration you are working in a health plan.

It's neither great nor bad, just good. If they valued their employees a lot more by providing good work to life balance and greater pay they would easily be great.
