This is truly a first class organization all the way around. I've been a part of this organization for the past 9 years and I can say that I have enjoyed every day of it. I honestly feel as though I have one of the greatest jobs in the world. This organization has allowed me to continue to grow as a professionally and also allowed me to develop my individual talents and become an even better leader. Many of the senior managers have taken the time and taken me under their wing and taught me many things I couldn’t have learned in a class room. The management staff is very supportive and holds each employee accountable for their given responsibilities. Each day I am blessed to work with some of the most talented individuals in their respective fields. The hardest part of working at this location is learning to adapt to the numerous personalities in the medical field. A typical day at this organization for me includes

Tier 2 & Tier 3 – Help end users and vendors resolve escalated technical issues.

Project Management - Working with staff, 3rd-party vendors and outside resources to manage all assigned projects and ensure all project deadlines are meet.

If you work hard you can do well.  Excellence is expected and they will take all the time and effort you are willing to give toward that!  I really like the management overall, they have good work ethic and push everyone to be their best.  The hardest part is the hours you can be expected to work.  If you are salary you will work a lot.  But you are given freedom within you job as long as you excel.  I find that as long as I am working hard that no one is coming to micromanage you.  But if you start slacking/failing you will see micromanagement.  They do like to promote from within, usually this seems to work out for the best.  

I think all departments run a bit different but I will say from an IT perspective I really like how IT is ran although it would be nice to be allowed a few more people on some of the teams!  They are efficient and work hard to get things done quickly.  Efficiency is the key word though, as few people as possible to get as much work done as possible.

Management doesn't communicate or interact with staff. No standard of office proceeders or protocols to follow. Employees can make up their own. There's no acknowledgement if employees are doing well or not. No inclusion.  Separate groups would have potlucks, etc and only include specific people. Patient safety is a concern as well. Some patients are scheduled for scans that shouldn't be scheduled at free standing facilities; venous ultra sound. They're more concerned with patient volume.

Working at MedQuest Imaging as a Senior Recruiter has been a truly positive experience. The company fosters a supportive and collaborative work culture, and I’ve felt valued and trusted in my role. Management is approachable and open to feedback, which makes a big difference day to day.

There’s plenty of room for growth and development, with opportunities to take on new challenges and expand your skills. I’ve also appreciated the healthy work-life balance, which isn’t always easy to find in fast-moving environments. Overall, it’s been a great place to grow professionally while feeling supported personally.

When starting out the flow of taking inbound calls was pretty simple, but once management did an effective immediate change, the flow of inbound calls increased to the point to callers complaining of the longer wait times to be answered. It made taking the time to make accurate documentation per call much harder to complete without management coming to you about the amount of calls in the queue increasing. The increase also made it more difficult to find the time to make return calls requested by callers. We were a small team. The pay was decent but it needed to be better to accomodate the workload increase. The coworkers were great to work with. 

My review of this job was. Working to get the job done, understanding the job which you are doing. Getting the job done from the beginning to the end. 

The hardest part of the job was not having the tools needed to get your job done.

Co-workers were ok, but we must always remember not to get caught up with the office politics.

The most enjoyable part of the job was when the team met the project goals. We were rewarded with movie tickets, are ice cream and cake. Are something this was a good move from the company.

Working as a contractor can be challenging anywhere. Overall, I have enjoyed primarily working in the field. Implementations have afforded me an opportunity to touch those who directly interact with the clients in various target markets. One can actually see how upgrades involving PACS software can absolutely make a difference in speed, quality management and overall customer service.

I honestly loved my job.  I loved the people that worked for me and who I worked for.  Executives need to involve employees more before making decisions that effect them.  Company should invest in their employees a lot more.  It makes it very challenging to advance.  The hardest part of my job was that their were certain people in place them that had too much work on their plate.  It made it kind of hard to work with them.  My director was very flexible and tried her hardest to keep a good morale.

I recently vacated this position due to a variety of factors: no concern for safety for employees, spoken to by superiors in a way that is offensive and borderline  harassment, uneven distribution of work or responsibility in keeping workflow. The company totally misrepresented the hours I would work and no amount of discussion of grievances was ever important enough to them until I was leaving. Do not accept the position unless you can afford to lose 5 hrs of pay per week as the schedule never runs the way it is suppose to

The company isn’t all that bad and the work isn’t hard. It’s just time consuming with certain tasks and the work loads can be Insane. There seems to be a high turnover rate with techs and schedulers causing a lot of extra work load to the point you can’t complete all of your work because you’re doing someone else’s work.
