This place is full of immature women...young and old. You never really know what your job assignment is until you get to work and the communication is terrible. The leads aren't good leaders because they tend to argue with the people they're suppose to lead. I worked on the clinic floor and worked with the Covid team and the pay is extremely low. Plus the parking is limited so employees have to park outside the gated work lot. I would never recommend this place for employment. 

Assessed vitals and roomed patients
Collected urine specimens for pregnancy and STD testing
Counseled patients on the importance of STD and pap smear testing
Utilized electronic health records to enter medical histories and chief complaints
Assisted with preparation of injectable medications
Faxed requests from Physicians and completed lab requisition forms Assisted physician with patients in acute pain
Completed blood sugar and hemoglobin testing

Difficult job environment to work in given the nature of the management at the time I worked there. Structure given to employees lacked direction, focus, and proper training.

I miss this place. I had to relocate from Memphis, TN and if not for that I probably would still be there. I enjoyed my time at MHC but I think pay-wise it could have been more comparable to other positions in the area. I have made 3 times much what I was making their since I have been gone. Overall loved the place and people

Memphis Health Center was a very busy day all day, there was no space in between where you can sit down all day, we see almost sixty patients a day. We enjoy helping the patient out where they can come and get work on and making sure that we do the best we an do, to make them happy.

They pay well for contracted positions but, they lack communication strongggllyy. Communication is Memphis Health Center's weakest point. There are people there that will backstab you, "tattle-tell'' on the SMALLEST thing. So definitely watch your back and keep your business to yourself. Life lessons learned here.

Very fast paced clinic, always busy, patients here received excellent care.  The patients at this clinic have a doctor who will go the extra mile to see that her patient's needs are met, even getting transportation to and from the clinic if needed.
If there is an after hours call the messages are definitely answered in a timely manner.

DO NOT WORK THERE!!! Worse place I've ever worked as far as management and HR if your mother dies and lives out of town they will threaten to fire you for having to use YOUR bereavement time and when you come back micro manage to find a reason to fire you with harassing emails

A typical day at work was fast paced easy work. I learned great customer care. My manager was cool and understanding. My co-workers were great to work with. The hardest part of the job was cleaning the end of chairs. The most enjoyable part of my job was having the oppurtunity to work for this company.

A day of work was fun I learned a lot working here from different programs on the computer to filing. My co-workers was very easy to get alone with and fun to be around. I had no hardest part of the day, and my most enjoyable part was helping the patients.
