MI TIENDA

At Mi Tienda I really enjoyed everyday of it. Even though it was very stressfull at times the customers were usually always great as well as the employees I was recruiting.
The hardest part of my job was dealing with angry customers when handling their complaints, but I tryed my hardest to make the customer happy and make them want to return to my store. In many cases that i handled I then was recognized by customers and they would come in to the store to shop and would always greet me; feels great to be recognized by customers and seeing them back even though there could of had an incident with another co-worker. I would stive to give the best customer service as I could.

It would get very busy on weekdays, but more on weekends and the culture of the people was always interesting to experience. What I learn is that customer service is very important and the interaction with everyone around you is highly important. The managers were really strict and expected a lot to get done so it was challenging . the most enjoyable part of my job was having a relationship with the customer and co-workers because the things that you can learn is unexplainable. The hardest part would be the customers who came in a bad mood and were very disrespectful it was hard to try to calm them down so it wouldn't cause a scene.

My day was dilled with duties from start to finish. I worked in the bakery as cashier, preparing bread, fixing display, cleaning, and training others. The management at the time was very weak, no one was on the same page when it came to giving instructions. I was lead for night crew and my coworkers were very complaint and worked great as a team. The hardest part of this job was the hectic work schedule and the late night shifts. I found great customer satisfaction ad accomplishment of my tasks and duties to be most fulfilling. 

Soon as i come in to clock in everyone says hello and greets me very well. Everyone behaves and are really friendly. I've learned a lot about the products we carry and also how to be respectful of my customers’ time and make every effort to ensure the checkout process is fast, accurate and pleasant. The hardest part of this job specifically was the customers, some of them would be nice and some of them would be rude. But that doesn't mean i would treat them different.

A typical day at work, costumers would come up to me in case they couldn't find something, and if i saw that they were struggling i would ask them if they needed any help. The hardest part of the job was when i didn't know the answer to something, but either way i looked for the manager so that she/he could give me the right answer. The most enjoyable part of the job was when people would tell me how much of a good job I was doing.

The work day is pretty calm when it involves my current position. Calm and steady, yet hard working when it comes to the physical part. The management is good and they keep things running smoothly with kindness added to it. My co-workers are good people and easy to get along with and work along side with. The most enjoyable part of the job would have to be the different people i get to meet everyday.

A typical day at Mi Tienda consist of uplifting music and numerous of people amazed by all that the store has to offer such as delicious bread and sweets made by the bakery, fresh produce and warm tortillas and many more products. My favorite part of the job has to be the interaction with the customers. Speaking to a range of different kinds of people with different mindsets just helps you be more of an open minded individual.

To grow with-in a company, expanding my knowledge and gaining experience in my area of study as well as other areas, allowing me to become a great Asser to a company. A experienced professional in training and managing a group of people in the work area as well as dealing with money, payroll, preparing reports. Who also holds great communication skills as well as immense multi tasking skills. Preferred language is Spanish.

This store always managed to have readily available product for the customers, either pre-packaged or made daily. It is a fun place to work at. The culture is unique since it's a one of a kind store. What I liked about this store was that our hard work was rewarded, if we achieved our end of period quota the managers would thank us by providing a dinner to the departments.

A typical day at work I would say was easy as long as you learn the PLU codes you are set. It not a hard position and management is very nice. Must be on time or will get an attendance point. Calling in can lead 2 attendance pointsYou’re only allowed 8 attendance points and after that it can lead to termination. Overall I enjoyed my time here.
