A typical day at work is very physical and at moments very entertaining/humorous with certain individuals who were comedians by trade/personality.  It made the twelve hour nights go by faster at times in certain areas of the plant.

The environment was not acceptable mentally and physically on most job duties assigned to you.  Lots of physical injuries (safety concerns).

Management needs improvement on professionalism interactions with employees. (keep thing professional not personal).

Co-workers need to concentrate more on work responsibilities and personal goals in life and not so much attention on high school behaviors and drama in the work place.

The hardest part of the job was to deal with DRAMA and unfairness among Management and employees interactions.

The most enjoyable part of the job was feeling that I helped to make a good quality product for future car owners.

A typical day at work includes; Helping Customers with purchases, Cleaning and stocking merchandise, and Opening/Closing the store.
While working for this company I learned how to deal with multiple personalities, people of all ages, handle dangerous situations, all while providing great quality service.
My coworkers are more of a family. While keeping our relationship at work professional we also help each other and be there for one another outside of work.
The hardest part of my job would be handling large amounts of money at night working alone while customers come and until closing.
The most enjoyable part of my job is greeting customers and making them feel comfortable while assisting them with purchases and or technical difficulties.

Great company great people. Middle management is where they extremely lack. if you want to have a home life or go to any family event or even see child graduate don’t work here. They allow the customers or clients to decide who comes out to run their service calls.  So good service technicians leave quickly because they get worked so hard.  If you’re a single man, or lady or you need a lot of hours. This is your place to work your older and can’t do the 2500 to 2800 hours a  year. Raises and promotions will be slim but overall good company, good people, good staff, just extremely extremely extremely staffed on the overhead side of the company very little employees that actually go out and earn the money. 

My advice is simple.  Avoid contract-to 
-hire situations with this company (specifically the elkhorn Nebraska location).   Your financial situation is unique to you.  Maybe you can take this risk.  For me, it was very costly experience. I was very honest about my past experience.  We went into an arrangement with this understanding. I didn't even get a chance to work there for a month.   I was told "I don't have enough time to train you."  I guess they went for a canidate with more experience.  I suggest treating this offer with low trust.

Assistant to the Supervisor of the Mechanical Engineering Branch. Responsibilities included reporting, scheduling, tracking employee time sheets, generating purchase orders and confirming receipt of technical equipment. Responsible for all customer service-related communications via email and dedicated support line. Worked closely with the Engineers and provided support to achieve daily and long term goals. • Skills in word processing (MSWord and PowerPoint)

Working in big pharma company means you contribute to amazing products, advancing health - a worthy mission. This is clouded by very high amount of politics and rigidity within the company and the whole sector.
Processes are slow and not people centered.
There is a large number of very experienced specialists, but missing drive of younger generations. The jobs are safe and not very dynamic.

Rotten culture in London, management are lazy. The company is painfully woke, they are obsessed with neurodiversity, but at the same time, they mistreat people on a daily basis - can tell they get a real kick out of it. Contractors keep the company running, whilst the permanent staff busy themselves with needless BS/bureaucracy. Don’t fall the endless propaganda, the company is packed with bad eggs (far from a good place to work).

A typical day at work will consist of cycle counting and adjusting inventory.

What I learned is the in's and outs of inventory control.

Management is fair, but it would be better if they would recognize us for the work we do.

Co-workers were a blast to work with. Got to know them for 10+ years.

Hardest part of the job is preparing for physical annual inventory with a small crew.

The most enjoyable part of the job is the independence to lead a team on my own.

This is a strange one. On the surface they promote a very inclusive, respectful culture. In reality it is far from that. Senior staff openly bully, mock and degrade colleagues. I have witnessed an employee being openly mocked at a meeting and then laughed at by another senior member. Exclusion or unfavorable work load or tasks to people they are pushing out. Usually based on petty reasons.
