MTE Corporation

12 hours days.  Saturday and Sunday work required.  Poor training and old MRP system.  Lots of manual work and departments are very inefficient.  People are not friendly and no sense of team work.  No help from the management team on training or help on how to improve tension in the department.  Lots of meetings and no results.  They make everyone salary to make you work around the clock for them.  No home life  balance and they are quick to inform you that MTE is a priority.  People that are still there are over worked and under paid.  The interview process is long and they make you think that MTE is a great company to work for.  

MTE is again pursuing growth, innovation, and a new way of doing things.  There is more communication, transparency, and energy around everything we do.  Supportive management, and ownership willing to invest, are changing the tenure of the organization.  Lots of growth ahead! 

The company has a new leadership team in place that is focused around celebrating successes, recognizing employees, and creating a positive culture around inclusion and appreciation.  If you like sitting in bean bags during meetings, playing foosball or pool during the work day, celebrating success as a team, MTE is the place to be.

No culture that can be listed to make positive inpact

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Monday. To fridays all week days

Current manager is not the greatest and training is lacking. But they are very flexible and work with your schedule. It has been great for me as a single mom but office work is not for me.

MTE is a well known manufacturer of Power Quality Products.  MTE has a culture of providing sound solutions for the betterment of its customers.  I respect that about MTE.

They have a great marketing and sales team that work together to great teaching opportunities to their interns. Informative review with the director at the end to help launch their careers after graduation.

Dept. was very negative and rude. Little to no training.  Co workers not very welcoming. Management very unprofessional, rude and unavailable. Not a great atmosphere.

The company is growing fast with many new hires in all departments. The culture has evolved in the past few years  with leadership changes and it has become a very positive workplace!
