The salary was horrible, supervisor didn't know who stood out in being good at the job they had ignorant leaders. The drivers were slow but complained about co workers who were on foot. Drivers and walkers complained about each other all the time. The drivers complained about walkers speed but they stayed in the truck all day with there only job was to drive to a specific area and hand out bags while sitting in the truck. Supervisors complaining to much even though the only thing they did was ride on a bike and gave critical feedback. The income says $16 a hour, but you really get a $100 a day for 4 to 5 hours of work. If you are late or don't have a excuse absence they will dock your salary and not give you any bonus. What this means if are late or unauthorized absence if you work 3 hours, then U won't get $100 for the day, what you get is $30 and no bonus. They took a lot of money from people for being late or unauthorized absence. This made some employees really mad especially me. I heard one person destroyed there property for not giving them there bonus. Also becareful of arguing with your teammates because they will rat 🐁 on you to management in your face or behind your back. Do a good job as well with delivery cause they will report you to management as well behind your back they said so many file things about each other when the person wasn't around. One more thing, the job is easy, but it's painful on the body, your moving 200 to 300lbs of mail with big boxes up ramps, hills, and if you're energized it will knock out your energy. If you are younger it may be okay. Management will discipline or fire you if you are not as fast in delivering. 

Terrible company, very disorganized specially on bad weather days.  They will lay you off for no reason after just weeks. They got a manager wannabe who cruises on a bike all day doing nothing and gets credited for the work other ppl do thinking he is the ultimate manager in the ultimate job ever. The QCS are very helpful tho. Management always tries to complicate things even on a simple day. No matter the good deeds you do it will all go to the so called manager. The actual owners barely talk to the employees unless its to take your bonus hours away, then they will quickly contact you. Overall terrible experience, overworked and underpaid.

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!! They tell you to ask questions and say that's what we're here for to help and the moment you do you get penalized for everything, I got fired my second day because I was "unable to deliver packages without assistance". How do you expect me to know everything in one day of training on the field? This company is unprofessional and doesn't give people a chance to learn & grow.

As long as you don’t have a weird driver it’s perfectly fine

The job would be so tiring working all types of weather conditions. This job is for those with a lot energy and the abililty to withstand the cold and rain. Delivering to those with bigger incomes then you can be degrading as well. The management weren't caring about you they just cared about getting the job done

Overworked and underpaid, they treat drivers like robots. Start times are always late due to warehouse typically come back around 8-9pm management changes up thinks nearly weekly impossible to keep up with every little change.

Supervisor sucks especially the field supervisor and almost all in the lead position are bad only good people that may be there are the walkers who work there
