I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. I was initially excited to join this team and was eager to contribute. However, from the start, I felt unsupported and unwelcome. Training was minimal, communication was inconsistent, and there was very little effort made to ensure I was set up for success. It was discouraging to feel like I was left to figure things out on my own, especially in a new environment. What truly shocked me was learning — after I made the difficult decision to resign — that the team suddenly shifted their approach with another new hire who started at the same time as me. She shared that after my departure, the environment changed: she began receiving proper training, check-ins, and overall support that I never experienced. That was incredibly disappointing and honestly disheartening to hear.
It shouldn’t take someone quitting for leadership to reflect and start doing what should have been done from day one. That kind of reactive behavior feels unprofessional and shows a lack of accountability for how new employees are treated.
Everyone deserves to work in a space where they’re respected, trained, and supported from the start — not only after someone else walks away.

I worked at Magna for a year after I graduated from college and gained a lot out of the opportunity. Although the job was stressful at times, the day flew by because I was able to always keep busy. I gained and strengthened multiple skills such as customer service, organization, computer and patience. The job was the perfect opportunity for me to get on my feet after graduating and get my foot in to the corporate world. I left Magna because I decided to go back to college to pursue my dream career in the medical field. My coworkers and bosses were completely understanding and to this day I still hold close relationships with many of them. I actually went back to visit twice since I left and was welcomed with a ton of smiles and hugs.

Management was only concerned with pushing off more work onto its employees with out regard for the work that was already being done.

The upper management staff is related to the CEO so they would do whatever they like. Talk to the staff crazy and then involve HR if you don't stay quiet.

Your job isn't secure if you aren't a brown nosing!
It would be a better company if everything one was held accountable for the role they play in employees being treated fairly and acknowledged for the work that's being done. 
Upper management is quick to push more on the people who have more experience than the others and still want those people to help train and complete their work without missing a beat. They refuse to hire more employees for the growing company and will burn out the employees that they have!



Magna gives employees the opportunity to excel and grow within the workplace. Management truly cares about the well-being and success of their employees, within and without the company. The whole company operates like one big team, all working together to achieve the same goals, which is refreshing for a corporate workplace and gives Magna a "familial" culture, where everyone cares about each other. It's a fast-paced, at times high-stress environment, but if you want to be part of a team that is continually growing and you know how to work hard, you will excel. The most enjoyable part of the job is knowing that all employees care about working toward the same successes!

•	Comprised graphics to work with trial technology and jury consulting presentation
•	Partnered with Art Director and Project Managers to develop internal and external marketing concerns
•	Collaborated with Vice President of Sales to create primary visual communications for engagements and conferences such as logos, post cards, Flyers, Takeaways, PowerPoint presentations, media graphics, magazine ads, event presentations, Social representations ads and web design layouts. And of the process pre-press management (outsourcing, proofing, ordering, and going on press checks to printers)

OMG many turn overs, clients are draining and demanding, they require you to hold many hats in your position.

work environment is ok small office building, very demand, monitored in your work from home environment. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy busy, issues with system, clients demanding.

Working for Magna Legal Services was an incredible opportunity. The partners are very dedicated to what they do and everyone is very professional. Also, the company works together as a team which is why they are extremely successful. I have not one complaint about Magna. They helped me grow in many different areas. Magna Legal Services treats their employees very well. I have worked for numerous offices and have never been treated the way that I have at Magna. They show appreciation to their employees.

Working for this company is not worth the mental anguish for the meager pay. I worked there for 3+ years and it was the most stressed and taken advantage of I have ever felt at a job. I worked long overtime hours once to complete a project with an impossible deadline. The CEO looked right into my face and told me "I will make it worth your while if you can do this" and "A nice bonus is in it for you". I miraculously got the job done on time but when I asked about the bonus the CEO laughed in my face and told me "too bad. should've gotten it in writing". I quit. 

Successful organization with driven employee.  A very fast paced environment which is exciting.  The best part is the people you meet on a daily basis, the least is the time required to solidify relationships in a fast pace setting.  Difficult to assist clients when you are required in so many different departments, yet I manage to accomplish it all.

Disorganized scheduling, rude interviewers, asking the same questions over and over and expecting a new answer despite fully answering thoughtfully. All of that dragged out over multiple weeks just for them to send a generic rejection email. It was a waste of my time and resources as I specifically left work early to interview and take time to speak with them and coordinate. A poor reflection of their work culture and organization.
