When hired had 3 days of training and left on own. Manager never bothered to train but would complain about everything that was wrong. Depending on the mood of management, depended on your day and the level of support and encouragement received. One day you were a great employee and the next you were a disappointment (again very little direction or training ever received). Management never bothered to get to know you personally and there were “favorite” employees that were never wrong even though several other people knew they were wrong and knew the “favorites “ had not completed the paperwork causing the confusion. Worked several days thru lunches and after hours to complete orders to only be told if worked more efficiently throughout day this would not be necessary (no back up support in office-only one allowed to enter orders). 

The pay is insufficient and you will work a lot of overtime days which means more than 10 hours a day. It’s supposed to be Monday-Thursday which is a big pro to schedule other appointments and such on Fridays, but they will spring mandatory Fridays less than 2 weeks before so you can’t request off for that day. There will be mandatory Fridays in a row for months at a time. There’s only 1 break in the whole 10+ hour shift and a 45 min lunch. This place is never well-staffed. They can’t keep people. Management is disorganized and chaotic. Management says they’re grateful for the hard work done, but rarely any gesture to show. It’s all about how many cookies can be prouduced in a day, and not a care about working their employees to death.

Working at Mannon Foods as a packer was honestly one of the more frustrating jobs I’ve had. The workload is constant and unrealistic—you’re expected to move fast all day with little regard for safety or fatigue. Management doesn’t seem to care about the people actually doing the work, and communication is basically nonexistent unless something goes wrong.The environment feels disorganized, and training is minimal at best, so you’re left figuring things out on your own while still being held to strict expectations. Breaks feel rushed, and morale is low across the board. Turnover is high, which says a lot. Overall, it’s not a place I’d recommend unless you’re desperate for a paycheck and willing to deal with a lot of unnecessary stress.

Should be a small family environment but is not.

Hard work and expected to motivate associates but can’t share any information

Just great to be gone, and working for a better company

If you think working at a cookie factory is like living in Willy Wonka’s world — think again. Sure, it smells like fresh-baked cookies for about 10 minutes… then it’s just hot, sticky air and the constant hum of machines that haunt your dreams.
The work? Repetitive. You’ll pack cookies until your back aches and your brain goes numb. Management? About as stale as last week’s leftovers. You ask for help, they hand you a hairnet and tell you to “keep up the pace.”

Nice place, not nice people, meaning hard to work for and frankly, just nasty and spiteful.  Management will take advantage of anything and everything you can offer and will return nothing.   When you need them they will disown you.   I wonder why the turn over rate is so high here? Speaking of management

The Staff ,the pay and the work is very easy. It's a small family.

All its ok. For me this work no have stressful part

It's a small family. Have different cultures in the environment it's good.

Work all the shift  with no problem with the machine

Never a typical day at work. Everyday is different. 
You learn to work in different positions. Not hard work but can get a little tedious at times.
Management is awesome. They will work along side us if need be. 
Great place to work.
The most enjoyable part of the job is having great team work from the workers.

Great schedule , good pay, amazing management.

Production demands during busy season.

Relaxed but professional.  Positive culture.

For a small company, there is a lot of growth opportunity. All supervisors and managers have started on the line and worked their way up. Benefits are also really nice with a 401k matching, paid vacation time, and paid holidays.
