McIntyre Elder Law

My experience with this company was challenging, primarily due to the leadership style and workplace culture. Constructive two-way communication was limited, as discussions often felt more directive than collaborative. A formal job description was never provided, which led to frequent responsibilities outside of the expected scope. While the role was described as highly important, genuine efforts to communicate or seek clarification were often met with criticism. Work-life balance was difficult to maintain, as staying past scheduled hours was a regular occurrence. Training was provided, but the onboarding expectations were not realistic.

It is worth noting that my initial review, along with several others, was removed. Around that time, the company’s overall rating appeared to shift from closer to two stars to nearly five. I believe it is important for potential applicants to have access to the full range of employee experiences in order to make an informed decision.

 The women who work there act like highschool girls. They are petty and excluding. I was provided no training besides less than 3 hours worth of videos about the firm and shown how to use the multiple different softwares once. I was degraded and told to stop asking questions when i had no prior experience working in a law firm. I learned that not every one has good intentions and to be careful who you trust. The hardest part of the job was being around people who had no morals, values or ethics. 

In my years at this firm I have grown both personally and professionally beyond belief. This is a great place to learn, grow, and network. When I came here, I felt like I didn't know a lot about elder law. No one ever made me feel dumb for not knowing, I was supported by my manager and team mates. I look forward to coming to work every day.

I learn something new everyday! I find this enjoyable and gives me something to look forward to coming into work. I have flexibility in what tasks need to be done or I can block off a day to learn any subject that I am involved in. This gives me the sense of freedom and away from the micro-managing that we are use to as a society. 

The team foster an environment where teamwork and respect are at the forefront, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about the well-being and growth of their employees. Their commitment to both personal and professional development makes it a great place to thrive

I have worked at McIntyre Elder Law for four(4) years and I love my job!! I have advanced in my career with this company and continue to grow with NO LIMITS!! I cannot wait to see what the coming years brings for me! 

I love that when I come into work everyday, there is always something new for me to learn. I also have the chance to hone in on my profession and become the best probate paralegal I can be.

McIntyre Elder Law is a wonderful company to work for. The work environment is positive, with lots of room to grow. Management is spectacular and I could not ask for better.

Loved the job, instability. People work hard and pay is good, but unsure if you will be able to keep your job. Would have loved to stay and not been let go for not an apparent reason
